Արցախում վաղվանից կվերսկսվի գազով ջեռուցվող հանրակրթական դպրոցների դասագործընթացը

Արցախի Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը հայտնում է, որ փետրվարի 20-ից կվերսկսվի գազով ջեռուցվող հանրակրթական դպրոցների նախադպրոցական խմբերի և 1-8-րդ դասարանների, արտադպրոցական (երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցներ, մանկապատանեկան ստեղծագործական կենտրոններ) ու նախնական (արհեստագործական) և միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատությունների դասագործընթացը, որը կասեցվել էր Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանից դեպի Արցախ գազամատակարարման խափանման պատճառով։
Ադրբեջանի՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության ու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին լայնամասշտաբ ագրեսիայի ընթացքում և հետո Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին հաջողվեց, բացի Արցախից պոկած-գրաված տարածքների, գրավել նաև Արցախ-Հայաստան սահմանակից մարզեր, ինչի պատճառով թշնամական Ադրբեջանի կողմից շրջափակված Արցախի Հանրապետության միակ կապը ՀՀ հետ իրականացվում էր մի միջանցքով։
Ըստ Եռակողմ հայտարարության՝ Ադրբեջանը պիտի ապահովեր, ինչը նույնն է՝ չխոչընդոտեր Արցախի միջանցքով հաղորդակցությունը, իսկ ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորքերը պիտի վերահսկեին այդ անխոչընդոտ կապը։
Սակայն, շարունակելով հայասպան քաղաքականությունը, Ադրբեջանը կազմակերպեց, այսպես կոչված, «բնապահպանների» բողոք-ցույց, ումով էլ Արցախի (Լաչինի) միջանցքը փակեց։
Երկու ամսից ավելի է՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը գտնվում է տոտալ շրջափակման մեջ, իսկ ադրբեջանցի «բնապահպանները», որոնց թվում են Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունների գործակալներ, Ապրիլյան պատերազմի մասնակից,... դարձել են անձեռնմխելի՝ նոր բախման շանտաժով։
