Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը Հայաստանում Եվրամիության քաղաքացիական առաքելությունը դիտարկում է որպես Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու փորձ։ Այս մասին ասվում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովայի՝ համապատասխան առաքելության աշխատանքի մեկնարկի հետ կապված մեկնաբանություններում։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Ցավոք սրտի, սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ արձանագրում ենք Եվրամիության և ամբողջ Արևմուտքի ցանկությունը՝ ամեն կերպ ամրապնդվել մեր դաշնակից Հայաստանում, և այդ փորձերում տեսնում ենք բացառապես աշխարհաքաղաքական աստառ, որը հեռու է Անդրկովկասում հարաբերությունների իրական կարգավորման շահերից։ Ամեն ինչ արվում է Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու և նրա պատմական դերը՝ որպես անվտանգության գլխավոր երաշխավոր, թուլացնելու համար: Բաքվի՝ այս նախաձեռնության վերաբերյալ հրապարակայնորեն արտահայտված բացասական գնահատականներն անտեսվում են»,- ասել է դիվանագետը: .
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների պայմանավորվածությունները մնում են Անդրկովկասում անվտանգության և կայունության ապահովման հիմնական գործոնը։ «Դրանց համապարփակ իրականացման միջոցով՝ ներառյալ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակումը, հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատումը, հասարակություների, փորձագետների, կրոնական շրջանակների, երկու երկրների խորհրդարանականների միջև կապերի հաստատումը, ինչպես նաև խաղաղության պայմանագրի մշակման շուրջ բանակցությունները տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի բարելավման ամենաուղիղ ճանապարհն է։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը պատրաստ է ամեն կերպ հետագայում էլ նպաստել դրան»,- նշել է Զախարովան։
