«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Մենք արդեն անդրադարձել էինք այն տեղեկությանը, որ իշխանությունները, հաշվի առնելով իրենց ու մասնավորաբար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարկանիշի օրավուր անկումը, վերջնականապես որոշել են չշտապել ու ոչ թե մայիսին արտահերթ կարգով անցկացնել Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններ, այլ «իր ժամանակին»՝ աշնանը՝ այն հույսով, որ առաջիկա ութ ամսվա ընթացքում կկարողանան շտկել վարկանիշային կատաստրոֆան։ Այս առիթով թերթին նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել:
Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ վերջերս հերթական «փակ» , ներքին օգտագործման հարցում-մոնիթորինգն է անցկացվել, որի արդյունքները, մեղմ ասած, չեն գոհացրել իշխանություններին։ Մասնավորաբար, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, համապատասխան կառույցները Փաշինյանին զեկուցել են, որ ներկայում իշխանության վարկանիշը տատանվում է 9-9,5 տոկոսի միջակայքում, ավելին՝ ընդգծվել է, որ այն էլ ավելի նվազման միտում ունի։
Թերթի իշխանական աղբյուրը փոխանցում է, որ այս փաստը բավականին նյարդայնացրել է Փաշինյանին, որը բավական թունդ ու կոշտ խոսակցություն է ունեցել թիմի առանցքային դեմքերի հետ՝ հորդորելով «կպնել գործի», դաշտում նորմալ աշխատել, որպեսզի հանրային տիրույթում նորմալ պատկեր ունենան։
