Գյումրիում հունվարի 2-ին նախկին կնոջը, զոքանչին, քենիին եւ տաքսու վարորդին դանակահարած 27-ամյա Հենրիկ Հովհաննիսյանը ձերբակալվել է: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Դանակահարության փաստի առթիվ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական բաժնում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, այն է՝ երկու կամ ավելի անձանց դիտավորությամբ մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելը:
Նշենք, որ դանակահարությունից տուժած 26-ամյա Անի Գեւորգյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասել էր՝ պահանջելու է, որպեսզի իր նախկին ամուսինը պատժվի: Կինը նաեւ պատմել էր, որ իր նախկին ամուսինը բազմիցս իրեն սպառնացել է սպանել, պահանջել է հաճախ տեսակցել 1 տարեկան երեխային, քան մայրը թույլ է տվել:
Անի Գեւորգյանը պատմեց, որ նախկին ամուսնուն տեղեկացրել են, որ գնալու են նրանց տուն՝ զրուցելու ու իրավիճակը հարթելու, ու երբ հասել են տան մոտ, ամուսինը դուրս է եկել ու դանակահարել իրեն, մորը, քրոջն ու տաքսու վարորդին: Անի Գեւորագյանը եւ քույրը շարունակում են հիվանդանոցում մնալ, իսկ մայրը եւ տաքսու վարորդը արդեն դուրս են գրվել հիվանդանոցից:
