ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչության ծառայողների ձեռնարկած ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական մի շարք միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 4 ծառայողի կողմից կաշառք պահանջելու և ստանալու, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիների կողմից ճանապարհային ոստիկաններին կաշառք տալու առերևույթ հանցագործությունների դեպքեր․ տեղեկացնում են ՆԳՆ-ից։
Դեպքերի կապակցությամբ ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունից Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե ուղարկված նյութերի հիման վրա կոմիտեում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել, որ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերից 2023 թվականի հունվարն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ոստիկանության 4 կապիտաններ, հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձինք, ճանապարհային երթևեկության խախտումներ թույլ տված վարորդների նկատմամբ վարչական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն չկազմելու դիմաց պահանջել և ստացել են տարբեր չափերի կաշառք-գումարներ: Ներքին անվտանգության վարչության ծառայողները նրանց ձերբակալել են։
Հանգամանքները նախաքննությամբ պարզվում են։ Նմանօրինակ ոչ օրինաչափ դեպքերի բացահայտումը գտնվում է Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Յուրաքանչյուր դեպք արժանանալու է համարժեք հակազդման։
