«Եթե ոչ հիմա, ապա երբ պետք է գործեի». Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ ֆրանսիական պարբերականին

Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ծավալուն հարցազրույց է տվել ֆրանսիական հեղինակավոր «Le spectacle du mond» պարբերականին, որտեղ անդրադարձել է Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակին և Ադրբեջանի կառավարության քայլերին։
Արցախի պետնախարարի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը կարծում է, թե Լաչինի միջանցքը շրջափակված պահելով կկարողանա մոլորեցնել Արևմտյան հասարակական կարծիքը, որը մտահոգված է բնապահպանությամբ։ Բացի դրանից Բաքուն չի կարող խախտել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ ստորագրած համաձայնագիրը, որը երաշխավորում է ազատ տեղաշարժն այդ միջանցքով։ «Սա իրոք մանիպուլյացիայի ակնհայտ փորձ է, քանի որ Ադրբեջանում բնապահպանական գեթ մեկ ցույցի հետք հնարավոր չէ գտնել, այն դեպքում, երբ հիմնական արդյունաբերությունը գազի և նավթի շահագործումն է, ինչն իրական բնապահպանական խնդիրներ է ստեղծում»,- փաստարկել է Արցախի պետնախարարը։
«Ադրբեջանում բողոքի նման դրսևորումների որևէ նախադեպ չկա, իրականում չկա նաև կազմակերպված քաղաքացիական հասարակություն, կա միայն մեկ ընտանիք՝ Ալիևների ընտանիքը, որը վերահսկում է այդ երկիրը և բնակչությունը, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ իրենց երկիրը հարուստ է բնական ռեսուրսներով, բավական աղքատ են ապրում, դրա համար էլ նրանց արտաքին թշնամի է պետք, դժբախտաբար ադրբեջանցիներին սովորեցնում են, որ հայերը վատն են, դա թույլ է տալիս երկիրը համախմբել մեր դեմ և մանիպուլյացիայի ենթարկել հասարակական կարծիքը՝ սա է նրանց ռազմավարությունը»,- նշել է Արցախի պետնախարարը։
Նա նաև ցավով է նշել, որ այս աշխարհը կառավարվում է ռեալ պոլիտիկի սկզբունքներով, որոշում կայացնողները կարող են անտեսել մարդու իրավունքները, արժեքները, թափանցիկությունը, նրանք նաև կարող են իրենց իրավունք վերապահել որոշելու, թե որն է ճիշտ, կամ ՝ սխալ, օրինակ այն ինչն այս պահին կարևոր է Եվրոպայի համար՝ գազն է և ամեևին էլ կարևոր չէ, թե կոնկրետ որտեղից է այն գալիս, միշտ կա մեծ խաղ, որն ընթանում է մեծ քաղաքական պայքարով։
Ֆրանսիական և եվրոպական այլ պարբերականներին տված նրա հարցազրույցները, նշենք, բավականին մեծ աղմուկ են բարձրացրել ամբողջ Եվրոպայում։ Արցախի բնակչության իրական շահերը ներկայացնող պետնախարարը զգալի և կարևոր աշխատանք է իրականացրել՝ ամբողջ աշխարհում ներկայացնելով արցախցիներին և այժմ, թերևս հենց սա է հիմնական պատճառը, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը դարձել է ադրբեջանցիների աչքի փուշը և ամեն ինչ անում են նրանից ազատվելու համար։
