Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Քիչ առաջ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը որոշում ընդունեց Հայաստանի կողմից ներկայացված՝ «Լաչինի միջանցքի» ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ ժամանակավոր միջոց կիրառելու պահանջի մասին։
Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է կիրառել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանն ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին կապող միջանցքով բոլոր մարդկանց, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների անխափան և ազատ տեղաշարժն ապահովելու համար։
Ինչպես հաճախ նշել եմ իմ հանրային ելույթներում՝ իրավունքը մեր կողմից է, և մենք կարող ենք տարբեր մեխանիզմների օգնությամբ ցույց տալ, որ մեր պահանջներն արդարացի են, և միջազգային իրավական գործիքակազմը կարևոր է այդ ճանապարհին։
Իմ երախտագիտությունն եմ հայտնում միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ՀՀ ներկայացուցչին, ամբողջ թիմին, այն բոլոր մարդկանց, որոնք հսկայական աշխատանք են կատարել արցախահայության արդարացի պահանջը փաստարկված տեղ հասցնելու ուղղությամբ:
