ng.ru-ն «Բլինքենը Ալիևին և Փաշինյանին նստեցրել է նույն սեղանի շուրջ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Իլհամ Ալիևը Մյունխենի անվտանգության 59-րդ համաժողովի շրջանակներում հանդիպել են։ Հանդիպումը կայացել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի ակտիվ միջնորդությամբ և մասնակցությամբ։ Բանակցություններն, ինչպես երևում է, արդյունավետ չեն եղել, դրանց մասնակիցների ակտիվին կարելի է ավելացնել միայն ինքնին հանդիպման փաստը։ Բանակցությունների ավարտից անմիջապես հետո ՀՀ կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունը տեղեկատվություն է տարածել, որ Ալիևն ու Փաշինյանը քննարկել են միջպետական խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի շուրջ աշխատանքների ընթացքը, տարածաշրջանային տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակման և սահմանազատման հարցերը։

Ադրբեջանական կողմը մեջբերել է Իլհամ Ալիևին, որը նշել է խաղաղության միջպետական համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշման որոշակի առաջընթացը, «ինչը, սակայն, բավարար չէ»։ «Հարավային Կովկաս» քաղաքագիտության ակումբի ղեկավար, քաղաքագետ Իլգար Վելիզադեն, վերլուծելով Մյունխենի բանակցությունները, գրել է. «Ադրբեջանի նախագահը Հայաստանի վարչապետի ներկայությամբ բաց տեքստով մերժել է հայկական կողմի առաջարկած խաղաղության նախագիծը՝ նկատի ունենալով տարածքային ամբողջականության և ներքին գործերին չմիջամտելու հայեցակարգերի անհամատեղելիությունը, քանի որ հայկական կողմի պահանջներից է ադրբեջանական տարածքում հայկական էթնիկ փոքրամասնության իրավունքների հարցը գլխավորներից մեկը նշելու պահանջը»։ Մեկ այլ կարևոր կետ, ըստ Վելիզադեի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի առաջարկն է երկու երկրների սահմանին՝ այսպես կոչված՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» գոտում և ԼաչինԳորիս մայրուղու սահմանային հատվածում անցակետեր բացելու մասին։

Ըստ քաղաքագետի, եթե Հայաստանը պնդում է իր վերահսկողությունը, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքում», ապա Ադրբեջանը իրավունք ունի Լաչինի ճանապարհի նկատմամբ նմանատիպ ռեժիմ սահմանել։ Նրա երևանցի գործընկեր Աշոտ Գազազյանն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել արևմտյան ներկայացուցիչների, այդ թվում՝ բանակցությունների կազմակերպիչ Էնթոնի Բլինքենի՝ Լաչինի միջանցքը ապաշրջափակելու և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շրջափակումը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանին արված բազմաթիվ կոչերի վրա։ Նրա խոսքով, Ալիևը պնդել է, որ դեկտեմբերի 12-ից ի վեր Լաչինի ճանապարհով 2500 մեքենա է անցել, սակայն մինչև, այսպես կոչված, էկոակտիվիստների հայտնվելը այդ քանակությունը այնտեղ եղել է առնվազն ամեն շաբաթ: Եթե Արցախի շրջափակում չկա, ապա ինչո՞ւ են այնտեղ սննդի քարտեր ներդրվել, ինչո՞ւ չկա գազ, լույս, ինչո՞ւ է ուսումնական գործընթացն ընդհատված, մանկապարտեզները չեն աշխատում, ծանր հիվանդներին կարելի է Երևան տեղափոխել միայն շնորհիվ Կարմիր խաչի, հարցեր է հնչեցրել Աշոտ Գազազյանը։
