Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

Արցախի հայկականության պահպանման և Արցախի ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարի հիմքում եղած սկզբունքների պաշտպանության տեսանկյունից 3 կարևոր գործոն կա, որոնց առկայությունը պետք է որոշի Արցախի ապագան:
Առաջին ու ամենակարևոր գործոնը բուն Արցախն է` արցախցիներով, տեղում ծավալվող դիմադրությամբ ու պայքարով:
Այստեղ մեծ նշանակություն ունի ներհասարական հարաբերությունները, իշխանության նկատմամբ վստահությունը, ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում արդյունավետ կառավարումը:
Երկրորդ գործոնը` Հայաստանն է, որի բոլոր իշխանությունները` բացառությամբ փաշինյանականի, իրենց քաղաքականությունը կառուցել են Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորը լինելու և բնականոն զարգացման ընթացքն ապահովելու տրամաբանությունից:
Այս փուլում պետք է արձանագրել, որ ՀՀ-ի գործոնը հայկական Արցախի ապահովման և պաշտպանության տեսանկյունից բացակայում է:
Երրորդ գործոնը` արտաքին բարենպաստ դաշտի ձևավորման խնդիրն է, որի վրա ազդեցություն ունեն առաջին ու երկրորդ գործոնները:
Ներկայումս ՀՀ արտաքին կուրսի և Արցախում ստեղծված ներքին անհասկանալի ու վտանգավոր զարգացումների պայմաններում բացառելի է մեզ համար նպաստավոր պայմանների ձևավորումը:
Հատկապես որ արտաքին միջավայրի վրա ազդող մյուս գործոնները կրկին Արցախի դեմ են աշխատում` ուկրաինական ճգնաժամից մինչև թուրք-ադրբեջանական ներդաշնակ ջանքեր:
Ասածիցս ելնելով 2 խնդիր կա, որի լուծումը կարող է բեկում մտցնել Արցախի հարցով ընթացող գործընթացներում` իշխանափոխություն ՀՀ-ում և պրագմատիկ` ներքին գզվռտոցներից, բացառապես փողի ու դիրքի համար պայքարից զուրկ իշխանության ձևավորումն Արցախում:
Ցավով պետք է արձանագրել, որ արտաքին միջամտությունը, ՀՀ-ից վտանգավոր ուղղորդումներն Արցախում չափազանց ծանր վիճակ են ստեղծել` Արցախին զրկելով դիմակայության ռեսուրսից:
