2022թ. հոկտեմբերի սկզբին հայկական կայքերում հրապարակվեց մի փաստաթուղթ, ըստ որի երևում էր, թե ինչի՞ շուրջ են 2022թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Վաշինգտոնում բանակցել ԱԽՔ Գրիգորյանը և Ալիևի օգնական Հաջիևը (պատճեն` ձախից): Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքում գրել է ՀՀ նախկին ՊՆ փոխնախարար Արտակ Զաքարյանը.
«Այսօր Արմեն Աշոտյանը հրապարակեց մեկ այլ փաստաթուղթ (պատճեներն` աջից), որը փաստորեն քննարկվել է 2023թ. փետրվարի 17-ին Մյունխենում, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Բլինկենի, Ալիևի և Նիկոլի եռակողմ հանդիպման ընթացքում (եթե հավատանք Արարատ Միրզոյանի ակնարկներին):
Դատելով երկու գաղտնազերծված փաստաթղթերում տեղ գտած տեքստերից, ապա այն մեկը մյուսի տրամաբանական ավելի վատ շարունակությունն է, և բացահայտ վկայում է այն մասին, թե ինչպես է Նիկոլի կառավարությունը, քայլ առ քայլ, քաղաքական ճանապարհով Արցախն ամբողջությամբ հանձնում Ադրբեջանին: Դա արվում է Արևմուտքի հովանու ներքո` արագացված տեմպերով Արցախին զրկելով ինքնորոշման, անվտանգության և գոյության որևէ հեռանկարից:
Սեպտեմբերի 27-ի թղթում ասվում էր «...Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը կառաջադրի ներկայացուցչի, ով կաշխատի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ էթնիկ համայնքի կողմից նշանակված ներկայացուցչի հետ՝ քննարկումներ անցկացնելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակիչների իրավունքների և անվտանգության վերաբերյալ: Ներկայացուցիչները կապահովեն թափանցիկություն միջազգային հանրությանը իրենց քննարկումների վերաբերյալ: Կողմերը կշարունակեն վերանայել միջազգային դիտորդի դերը՝ չհակասելով Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանությանը, վստահություն ապահովելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում փոքրամասնությունների խմբերի պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ»:
Ինչպես տեսնում եք Մյունխենում քննարկված թղթից, գործընթացն ամբողջությամբ առաջ է գնացել բացառապես Ադրբեջանի համար ընդունելի եղանակով, որտեղ խոսք անգամ չկա «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ» սուբյեկտային միավորի, Արցախի օրինական ընտրված իշխանության, միջազգային անվտանգային երաշխիքների, Հայաստանի պարտավորությունների, նույնիսկ` ռուսական խաղաղարար առաքելության մասին:
Հայաստանում անցկացված բոլոր սոցիոլոգիական հարցումներով, բնակչության 94-96 %-ը միշտ դեմ է եղել դիտարկել և անհնարին է համար Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում հանձնելու տարբերակը:
Հիմա ինչպե՞ս անվանենք այս դարակազմիկ ԴԱՎԱՃՆՈւԹՅԱՆԸ, որը փաստաթղթային տեսք է ստանում և բազմակի անգամ ավելի վատն է, քան 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի կապիտուլյացիոն հայտարարությունը»:
