Աբովյանում Opel-ի վարորդի կողմից վարերթի ենթարկված հետիոտնը հիվանդանոցում մահացել է

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ փետրվարի 21-ին Երևանի «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում մահացել է Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 82-ամյա Սերգեյ Փաշայանը։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինս հիվանդանոց էր տեղափոխվել «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնից փետրվարի 20-ին Աբովյան քաղաքի Ռոսիայի և Սուրեն Մնացականյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում վրաերթի ենթարկվելուց հետո։
Դեպքի վայրում քննչական աշխատանքները ղեկավարող Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Հակոբ Թամազյանի որոշմամբ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում պարզվել է վարորդի ինքնությունը, ով Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 50-ամյա Ռուդոլֆ Մուշեղյանն է։
Վեչրջինս իր վարած Opel մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի է ենթարկել Ս․ Փաշայանին, ապա դուրս եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց, հայտնվել հետիոտնի համար նախատեսված մայթին, ապա առաջ ընթանալով, կոտրել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի տղային պատկանող գրասենյակի ալյումինե էլեկտրական դուռը և հայտնվել ներսում։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, փետրվարի 20-ին, վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 13։30-ի սահմաններում Opel մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Աբովյան քաղաքի Ռոսիայի և Սուրեն Մնացականյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց, հայտնվել հետիոտնի համար նախատեսված մայթին, վրաերթի ենթարկել հետիոտնին, ապա հարվածել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի որդուն պատկանող գրասենյակի ալյումինե էլեկտրական դռանը և հայտնվել ներսում։
Վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, օգնել է վրաերթի ենթարկվածին տեղափոխել «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը, ովքեր վիրավորին մինչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը, տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն են ցուցաբերել։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային Ծառայության Կոտայքի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Սահակյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արտակ Ասատրյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տեղում տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Արեգ Փիլոյանն ու կրտսեր պարեկ Արաբո Խաչատչրյանը։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Վարդան Խաչատուրյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Վրաերթի մասին Պարեկային Ծառայության Կոտայքի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Չալաբյանի, քննչական բաժնի պետ Կարեն Փթուկյանի և հատապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Հակոբ Թամազյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է վարույթ;
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով՝ ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվում է Ոստիկանության Աբովյանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
Վարորդը տեղում ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, եղել է սթափ։
