Անվտանգային և ռազմամարզական ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների միավորումը հայտարարություն է տարածել

Այս շաբաթ իր տեսլականը և առաջնային նպատակները հրապարակեց  «Անվտանգային և ռազմամարզական ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը, որն ստեղծվել է Հայաստանում գործող անվտանգային, ռազմամարզական ու կրթական ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից 2022 թվականին։

Միավորման հիմնադիր անդամներն են «Բարձունք» գիտակրթական-ռազմավարական ՀԿ-ն, «Արշակունի» ռազմամարզական ՀԿ-ն, «Գոյատևման գիտակրթական կազմակերպություն «ՀԵՆՔ»» ՀԿ-ն, «Ազատազէն» ռազմակրթական ՀԿ-ն, «Ժողովրդավարական հարթակ» հիմնադրամը, «Ողջ Մնալու Արվեստ» ռազմահայրենասիրական ՀԿ-ն, ռազմական և ազգայի անվտանգության հարցերով փորձագետ Հրաչյա Արզումանյանը և իրավաբան, ռազմական փորձագետ Նարեկ Ներսիսյանը։

Միավորումը  մասնակցել է ոլորտի մի շարք օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների մշակմանը, ինչպես նաև ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված դրամահավաքային և համագործակցային հարթակի «Armenian Peace» ստեղծմանը։

«Միավորումը իր գործունեության շրջանակներում ներկայումս ակտիվորեն աշխատում է Հայաստանի համապարփակ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության համակարգի համար անհրաժեշտ օրենսդրական  և ռազմավարական դաշտ ձևավորելու, ինչպես նաև համագործակցային լայն շրջանակ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ», - նշեց միավորման տնօրեն Գայանե Հայրապետյանը։

Միավորման նպատակների շարքում նշվում են ռազմական և անվտանգության խնդիրներով զբաղվող ու հարակից ոլորտներում գործունեության իրականացնողների միավորման միջոցով համընդհանուր իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ու շահերի սպասարկումը, անվտանգության և հարակից ոլորտներում առկա խնդիրների, դրանց լուծման ուղիների, միջոցների, ձևերի ու եղանակների հետազոտությունը, մշակումը և ներդրումը, համագործակցությունը տեղական եւ օտարերկյա միավորումների հետ և այլ հիմնարար սկզբունքներ։
