ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրները հայտարարություն են տարածել ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի առաջին տարին լրանալու կապակցությամբ՝ կոչ անելով Մոսկվային անհապաղ դուրս բերել զորքերը։

Դաշնակիցները հայտարարել են, որ այս պատերազմի ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է Ռուսաստանը՝ կոպտորեն խախտելով միջազգային իրավունքը և ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությունը:

«Ռուսաստանի գործողությունները խախտում են ԵԱՀԿ սկզբունքներն ու պարտավորությունները և լրջորեն խաթարում միջազգային անվտանգությունն ու կայունությունը, ինչպես նաև կանոնների վրա հիմնված միջազգային կարգը: Թեև մենք Ռուսաստանին կոչ ենք արել կառուցողականորեն ներգրավվել Ուկրաինայի հետ վստահելի բանակցություններում, Ռուսաստանը իրական բացություն չի դրսևորել արդար և կայուն խաղաղության նկատմամբ:Մենք վճռական ենք մնում Ռուսաստանի վրա համակարգված միջազգային ճնշումը պահպանելու հարցում»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

ՆԱՏՕ-ն Ուկրաինայի դեմ Ռուսաստանի պատերազմը որակել է վերջին տասնամյակների ընթացքում ամենալուրջ սպառնալիքը եվրաատլանտյան անվտանգությանը և վերահաստատել համերաշխությունը Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարության և ժողովրդի հետ՝ իրենց ազգի, իրենց հողի և ընդհանուր արժեքների հերոսական պաշտպանության գործում:

«Մենք շարունակում ենք զարգացնել մեր քաղաքական և գործնական աջակցությունը Ուկրաինային, քանի որ այն պաշտպանվում է ռուսական ներխուժումից, և կշարունակենք մեր աջակցությունը այնքան ժամանակ, որքան անհրաժեշտ է՝ օգնելու Ուկրաինային հաղթել... Մենք վերահաստատում ենք մեր անսասան աջակցությունն Ուկրաինայի անկախությանը, ինքնիշխանությանը և տարածքային ամբողջականությանը նրա միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմաններում։ Մենք լիովին աջակցում ենք Ուկրաինայի ինքնապաշտպանության և սեփական անվտանգության մեխանիզմներն ընտրելու անքակտելի իրավունքին»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։

Նրանք նաև համոզմունք հայտնեցին, որ Ռուսաստանի պատերազմը սպառնում է համաշխարհային անվտանգությանը։

«Ռուսաստանի էներգետիկ շանտաժը, նրա ազդեցությունը համաշխարհային պարենային մատակարարումների վրա, նրա չարամիտ հիբրիդային գործունեությունը, նրա համաշխարհային ապատեղեկատվական արշավը և անպատասխանատու միջուկային հռետորաբանությունն ակնհայտորեն ցույց են տալիս Ռուսաստանի անտեսումը միջազգային նորմերի և ամբողջ աշխարհում միլիարդավոր մարդկանց բարեկեցության նկատմամբ»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։

ՆԱՏՕ-ն կրկին հիշեցրել է, որ կազմակերպությունը պաշտպանական դաշինք է։

«Մենք պատրաստ ենք դաշնակիցների տարածքի յուրաքանչյուր թիզը պաշտպանել բոլոր սպառնալիքներից և մարտահրավերներից: Մեր հավատարմությունը Վաշինգտոնի պայմանագրին, ներառյալ 5-րդ հոդվածը, անսասան է: ՆԱՏՕ-ն ավելի ուժեղ է և ավելի միասնական, քան երբևէ... Մենք կշարունակենք ամրապնդել մեր գործընկերությունն Ուկրաինայի հետ՝ նրա եվրա ատլանտյան նկրտումների առաջընթացին զուգահեռ: Մենք նաև ամրապնդում ենք մեր մյուս գործընկերությունները, այդ թվում՝ օգնելով այն երկրներին, որոնք առավել ենթարկված են Ռուսաստանի բացսական ազդեցությանը։ Ուկրաինայի խիզախ ժողովրդի վճռականությունը կոտրելու Ռուսաստանի փորձերը ձախողվում են. մեկ տարի անց ուկրաինացիները քաջաբար պայքարում են ազատության և անկախության համար։ Մենք նրանց կողքին ենք»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։
