Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել «Վարժական հավաքներ հայտարարելու և դրա ապահովման համար ռազմատրանսպորտային պարտականություն ունեցող մարմինների տրանսպորտային միջոցները ներգրավելու մասին» կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը։

Գործադիրը նախատեսվում է 2023 թվականի մայիսի 1-ից մինչև հուլիսի 7-ը անցկացնել պահեստազորայինների վարժական հավաքներ և ռազմատրանսպորտային պարտականություններ ունեցող մարմիններից ներգրավել տրանսպորտային միջոցներ։
«Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ անհրաժեշտություն է զինված ուժերում ունենալ մարտունակ ստորաբաժանումներ` համալրված բարձր մասնագիտական պատրաստվածությամբ և ռազմաուսուցված պահեստազորայիններով, ինչպես նաև տրանսպորտային միջոցներով, նպատակահարմար է պահեստազորայիններին վարժական հավաքների ընդգրկումը` ներգրավելով մարտական հերթապահության, իսկ վարժական հավաքների ապահովման համար՝ ռազմատրանսպորտային պարտականություններ ունեցող մարմիններից տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներգրավումը»,-նշվում է նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ:
