Դիանա Հակոբյանը PIXEL IT դպրոցի հիմնադիրն է, որտեղ ուսանողներին սովորեցնում են դիզայն, մարքեթինգ, ծրագրավորում, լեզուներ և ստեղծարար մտածողություն։

Դիանա Հակոբյանը նաև PIXEL IT ընկերության համահիմնադիրն է։ Չորս տարի առաջ, երբ հիմնադրեց այս ընկերությունը, գրագետ և որակյալ կադրեր պատրաստելու նպատակով որոշեց նաև դպրոց բացել։ Այսպես PIXEL IT դպրոցը մեկնարկեց աշխատանքները, իսկ Դիանան՝ դասավանդել։ Նա հոգ է տանում յուրաքանչյուր ուսանողի մասին, կարևորում ամեն մանրուք։

Դիանա Հակոբյանը շեշտում է, որ կանայք տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտը դարձնում են ավելի հոգատար։

Չորս տարի առաջ, երբ դպրոց ունենալու գաղափարը կար, անհրաժեշտ էր ֆինանսական գործընկեր, որը բիզնեսի կողքին կլիներ և կաջակցեր։ Ակբա բանկը հավատաց գաղափարին և ձեռք մեկնեց նորաստեղծ բիզնեսին։

«Մեծացել եմ ուսուցիչների ընտանիքում, որտեղ տեսել եմ տատիկս, մայրիկս ինչպես են դասավանդում։ Կրթելու մշակույթը կար իմ ներսում ու երևի դա էր առաջին նպատակը, որ բացեմ դպրոց ու կարողանամ կրթել։ PIXEL IT դպրոցի առաջին նպատակը որակյալ կրթությունն է, որն ապահովում ենք։ Այս մասին ասում են նաև մեր ուսանողները, որ այստեղ սովորել ու ավարտել են։ Մեր գործունեության սկզբնական փուլում, երբ սկսում էինք աշխատանքները, կարիք ունեինք այնպիսի գործընկերոջ, ով մեզ ձեռք կմեկներ ու կօգներ. դա հենց Ակբան էր, որ ձեռք մեկնեց ու օգնեց»,- նշում է PIXEL IT դպրոցի հիմնադիր, տնօրեն Դիանա Հակոբյանը։

Այս տարիների ընթացքում դպրոցում սովորել են շուրջ 1500 ուսանողներ, ովքեր աշխատում են ՏՏ տարբեր ընկերություններում։ Դիանան իր հաջողության գլխավոր գրավականը համարում է աշխատասիրությունը։
