Աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ընթացքում Երևանի քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է կառուցապատվող օբյեկտներում սահմանել հսկողություն և բացառել նախագծային շեղումներով իրականացվող կառուցապատումը: Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ թույլտվությամբ սահմանված պայմանների կամ քաշաքաշինական նորմերի և կանոնների էական խախտումներով կառուցված, վերակառուցված, տեղադրված շենքը, շինությունը կամ այլ կառույցը համարվում է ինքնակամ կառույց, չի կարող ճանաչվել օրինական և ենթակա է քանդման՝ համաձայն Օրենսգրքի 188-րդ հոդվածի 1.1 մասի: Ներկայում մայրաքաղաքում կառուցապատման փուլում է ավելի քան 9000 օբյեկտ: Ոլորտի պատասխանատուների առջև խնդիր է դրվել ծանուցել կառուցապատողներին՝ բացառել նախագծային շեղումներով կառուցապատումները, ինչպես նաև իրականացնել մեծածավալ ստուգայցեր շինարարական հրապարակներում։ Թույլ տրված շեղումներով իրականացված կառուցապատվող օբյեկտները կհամարվեն ինքնակամ, և հետագայում դրանց օրինականացման հայտերը քննարկվել չեն կարող։
 
«Երքաղլույս» ընկերության պահեստային տարածքում ավարտական փուլում է ավտոմեքենաների համար նոր պարկի կառուցման ու վթարային վիճակում գտնվող շենքերի վերակառուցման գործընթացը: Առավել արդյունավետ կառավարում իրականացնելու նպատակով աշխատակիցների համար կստեղծվեն հարմարավետ պայմաններ:
 
Հրազդանի կիրճին կտրվի բնապահպանական կարգավիճակ. տեխբնութագիրն արդեն պատրաստ է, գործընթացը՝ սկսված: Քաղաքային իշխանության այս նախաձեռնությունը կարևոր դերակատարում կունենա կիրճի էկոլոգիական վիճակի բարելավման հարցում:
 
Երևանյան լճի հարակից տարածքում ընթացքի մեջ են հանգստի գոտու կառուցման աշխատանքները: Ծրագրի շրջանակում կտեղադրվեն նստարաններ, աղբամաններ, կկառուցվի մարզահրապարակ, հեծանվուղի, ճեմուղի, տարածքը կլուսավորվի արևային էներգիայով աշխատող՝ էներգախնայող լուսատուներով: Հանգստի գոտին կառանձնանա նաև կանաչապատման լուծումներով. կանցկացվի ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգ, կիրականացվի լանդշաֆտին համահունչ քարապարտեզների ձևավորում:
 
Նոր ավտոբուսներով հասարակական տրանսպորտի բնականոն գործունեությունն ապահովելու նպատակով կանգառների սահմանները կմեծացվեն, այս կերպ հնարավոր կլինի նաև խուսափել խցանումներից: Կանգառների գույքագրման գործընթացն արդեն սկսված է:
 
Մայրաքաղաքում «workout» մարզաձևը զարգացնելու նպատակով վարչական շրջաններում կառուցվում են կահավորված հատուկ մարզահրապարակներ: Գործընթացն ավարտական փուլում է Դավթաշեն, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա, Արաբկիր և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջաններում:
