«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը երկօրյա այցով մեկնել է Բաքու: Ինչպես նախապես նշել էր ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան, «հատուկ ուշադրություն կդարձվի Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների եռակողմ համաձայնագրերին»:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Լավրովի այցից հետո բացվելու է Բերձորի միջանցքը, առավել ևս, որ Ալիևի կողմից առաջ քաշված հիմնական «խանգարող հանգամանքներից» մեկը վերացված է՝ պետնախարարի պաշտոնից ազատվել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։ Ինչ վերաբերում է վերջինիս, ապա մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ նա նեղ շրջապատում և իր թիմակիցների հետ զրույցների ժամանակ ոչ մեկ անգամ նշել է, որ եթե ադրբեջանցիները ճանապարհը բացեն, ապա այն հույսով ու ակնկալիքով, որ, հաշվի առնելով երկու ամսից ավելի Արցախում ստեղծված ծանր իրավիճակը, շատ արցախցիներ լքելու են հանրապետությունը։
Վարդանյանը նաև ընդգծել է, որ ինքը չի պատրաստվում թողնել Արցախը, ավելին, առաջիկայում իր հիմնադրամի միջոցով նախատեսում է նոր ծրագրեր իրականացնել, ներդրումներ կատարել, որպեսզի արցախցիները ոչ միայն չհեռանան, այլև ավելի կառչած մնան իրենց հայրենի հողին։
