Եվրամիությունը բացահայտորեն չարաշահում է իր հարաբերությունները Բաքվի և Երևանի հետ՝ «մղելով» իր առաքելությունը Հայաստանի տարածքում, փետրվարի 28-ին Բաքվում հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ Մոսկվան առաջնորդվում է տարածաշրջանում «մի վնասիր» սկզբունքով, սակայն ոչ բոլոր խաղացողներն են կիսում այս մոտեցումը։

«ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունը Հայաստանում լեգիտիմության լուրջ կասկածներ է հարուցում։ Այն բազում հարցեր է առաջ բերում, այդ թվում` դրա գործառույթների, մանդատի, ժամկետի և Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ ներդրված ջանքերի առումով», – ասել է նա։

Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին ԵՄ առաքելությունը, նշել է նա, ոչ լեգիտիմ է և բազմաթիվ հարցեր է առաջացնում։

Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը հայտարարել է, որ ԵՄ առաքելության առաջին փուլը իրենց հետ համաձայնեցված էր, այն երկամսյա ժամկետ ուներ․ «Առաքելությունը իր նպատակներին չհասավ` վստահության ամրապնդում և դելիմիտացիայի հարցում աջակցություն։ Իսկ առաքելության 2-րդ փուլի անցումը տեղի ունեցավ կայացված պայմանավորվածությունների խախտմամբ»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի և Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի քառակողմ հանդիպմանը ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունան արդյունքում հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Եվրոպական միության (այսուհետ՝ ԵՄ) խորհուրդն ընդունել է որոշում՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև միջազգային սահմանի երկայնքով ԵՄ դիտորդ-փորձագետներ տեղակայելու մասին: Առաքելության մանդատը ներառում էր իրավիճակի դիտորդություն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանի երկայնքով՝ երկու երկրների միջև վստահության կառուցմանն աջակցելու և սահմանային հանձնաժողովներին ԵՄ առավել առարկայական աջակցությունն ապահովելու նպատակով։

ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունը 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 19-ին ավարտել է իր մանդատը։ ԵՄ խորհուրդը 2023 թվականի հունվարի 23-ին համաձայնություն է տվել ՀՀ տարածքում երկու տարի ժամկետով քաղաքացիական նոր առաքելություն (EUMA) ստեղծելու առաջարկին։ 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 20-ին առաքելությունն սկսել է իր աշխատանքը ՀՀ-ում:
