«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
dzen.ru-ն «Եվրախորհրդարանը վերջնագիր է ներկայացրել Երևանին. Հայաստանը պետք է դուրս գա ՀԱՊԿ-ից և ԵԱՏՄ-ից» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Եվրախորհրդարանը ուղիղ վերջնագիր է ներկայացրել Երևանին՝ հայտարարելով, որ այդ երկրի հետ համագործակցության ակտիվացումը հնարավոր է միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ին և ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության դադարեցումից հետո։ Ավելին, հարցը մատնանշել է Եվրախորհրդարանի հայամետ պատգամավոր Մարինա Կալ յուրանդը, որը նշել է, թե ԵՄ-ն չի կարող աչք փակել այն փաստի վրա, որ այսօր Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի հետ Մաքսային միության մաս է կազմում։
«Չենք կարող անտեսել այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանն այսօր ՀԱՊԿ անդամ է։ Ձեր երկիրը, ձեր ժողովուրդը, ձեր կառավարությունը պետք է որոշեն, թե ինչ մակարդակով են ցանկանում համագործակցել ԵՄ-ի հետ»,ասել է Կալ յուրանդը։ Նրա խոսքով, Եվրամիությունը պատրաստ է ակտիվացնել հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ այնքանով, որքանով Հայաստանն ինքն է պատրաստ և հավատարիմ դրան։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ ԵՄ-ի և Հայաստանի միջև գոյություն ունի ընդլայնված և համապարփակ գործընկերության համաձայնագիր, որի շրջանակներում կան ամուր պարտավորություններ։ «Մենք նաև շատ լավ փաստաթուղթ ունենք ավելի սերտ համագործակցության համար։ Կարևոր է, թե որքան հեռուն կարող է գնալ Հայաստանը ԵՄ-ի հետ համագործակցությամբ։ Հուսով եմ, որ հայ ժողովուրդը կորոշի այնպես, ինչպես Վրաստանի ժողովուրդը, և կճնշի կառավարությանն այդ հարցում»,- ասել է նա։
Սա հեռու է առաջին դեպքը լինելուց, երբ բարձրացվում է Ռուսաստանի հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները հօգուտ Արևմուտքի խզելու հարցը։ Հայաստանն ինքն է նախաձեռնել ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալը՝ հրաժարվելով կազմակերպության զորավարժություններն անցկացնել իր տարածքում։ Բացի այդ, հարկ է նաև նշել, որ երկրում սրվել են ռուսաֆոբական տրամադրությունները, հաճախ են հանրահավաքներ անցկացվում, որտեղ պահանջում են ռուսական ռազմաբազան Գյումրիից դուրս բերել։ Եվրոպան նույնպես, կարծես թե, ամուր դիրքորոշում ունի, և, ըստ ամենայնի, Հայաստանն այս անգամ չի կարողանա երկու աթոռի վրա նստել։
