 «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խումբը շարունակում է ընդլայնել Հայաստանում էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքները, առաջիկա երկու տարիների ընթացքում երկու նոր ջերմաէլեկտրակայան կկառուցվի Նոյեմբերյանում և Հրազդանի ՋԷԿ-ի տարածքում:

Նոյեմբերյանի 126 ՄՎտ հզորության ՋԷԿ-ը կբավարարի ինչպես Հայաստանում էլեկտրաէներգիայի կարիքները, այնպես էլ էլեկտրաէներգիա կարտահանի Վրաստան։

Շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքում ընկերությունը պարտավորվում է միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխանող նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներ կիրառել,  ինչը նպաստելու է  շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանությանը: Բացի այդ, ՋԷԿ-ի կառուցման ընթացքում նախատեսվում է առավելագույնս օգտագործել տեղական շինանյութ և աշխատանքային ռեսուրսներ։ Նախագծի համաձայն՝ ՋԷԿ-ի շինարարության ընթացքում կներգրավվի շուրջ 150 աշխատող:

Նոր ՋԷԿ-ի կողմից  էլեկտրաէներգիայի տարեկան արտադրությունը կազմելու է  մոտ 1 մլրդ կՎտժ, ինչը կբարելավի Հայաստանի էներգամատակարարման հուսալիությունը, արտահանման մակարդակը և էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկայում երկրի մրցունակությունը:  ՋԷԿ-ի շինարարությունը կմեկնարկի այս տարի և կտևի մոտ 2 տարի: Շինարարության ընդհանուր արժեքը կկազմի ավելի քան 120 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Այս ծրագրի շրջանակներում Հայաստանում կվերակառուցվի «Լալվար» բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրահաղորդման գիծը, ինչպես նաև բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրահաղորդման մոտ 30 կմ երկարությամբ գիծը Վրաստանում։ Բոլոր ներդրումները կիրականացվեն «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի կողմից՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաղորդման վճարի հետագա նվազեցմամբ։ Առաջիկայում բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ  համապատասխան հուշագրեր կստորագրվեն:

Նախատեսվում է նաև 50 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ ՋԷԿ-ի կառուցում Հրազդանի ՋԷԿ-ի տարածքում։ Առաջին փուլում կտեղադրվեն վերջին սերնդի 4 գազամխոցային գեներատորներ՝ նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներով՝ յուրաքանչյուրը 12,5 ՄՎտ հզորության։ Երկրորդ փուլում նախատեսվում է կայանի հզորությունը կրկնապատկել մինչև 100 ՄՎտ։

Կայանը կօգտագործի MAN Energy Solutions ընկերության սարքավորումները: Նոր գեներատորների տեղադրումը կնվազեցնի օդային արտանետումները և նվազագույն ազդեցություն կունենա շրջակա միջավայրի վրա: Կայանը կկառուցվի մինչև 2024 թվականի վերջ։ Ներդրումների ընդհանուր ծավալն առաջին փուլում կկազմի մոտ 30 մլն եվրո։ Կստեղծվի 25 նոր աշխատատեղ. Էլեկտրաէներգիայի տարեկան արտադրությունը կկազմի 400 մլն կՎտժ։
