«Ռաիսինա երկխոսություն» համաժողովի շրջանակներում Նյու Դելիում գտնվող ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը մարտի 4-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել Հնդկաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սուբրամանյամ Ջայշանկարի հետ:
Զրուցակիցները գոհունակություն են հայտնել Հայաստանի և Հնդկաստանի միջև քաղաքական երկխոսության խորացման դինամիկայի կապակցությամբ՝ այս առումով կարևորելով բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունների և տարբեր հարթակներում պարբերական շփումների դերը։
Հայաստանի և Հնդկաստանի ԱԳ նախարարները քննարկել են մի շարք ոլորտային ուղղություններով երկկողմ օրակարգի հարցեր՝ անդրադառնալով առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության ու գործարար կապերի ակտիվացմանը, բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների, կրթության, մշակույթի, զբոսաշրջության և այլ ոլորտներում հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը:
Ընդգծվել է խորհրդարանական համագործակցության ակտիվացման, ինչպես նաև միջազգային բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում երկու երկրների փոխգործակցության ամրապնդման կարևորությունը։
Քննարկվել են տարածաշրջանային ու միջազգային անվտանգությանն առնչվող հարցեր: Արարատ Միրզոյանն իր գործընկերոջն է ներկայացրել Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի շուրջ վերջին զարգացումները:
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակման հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված հումանիտար ճգնաժամին: Այս համատեքստում ընդգծվել է նաև Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի՝ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ հրատապ միջոցների կիրառման վերաբերյալ փետրվարի 22-ին կայացված որոշման կատարման ուղղությամբ հնարավոր մեխանիզմների գործարկման անհրաժեշտությունը:
