Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այցելել է «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայան»՝ կառույցի 2022 թ. գործունեության հաշվետվությանը ծանոթանալու նպատակով:
Կառավարության տարածած հաղորդագրությունից, խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են փոխվարչապետեր Մհեր Գրիգորյանը և Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը, Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը, Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության ղեկավար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը, վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Բագրատ Բադալյանը, Ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Սիրունյանը, ՏԿԵ նախարարի տեղակալ Հակոբ Վարդանյանը, Միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Խաչատուր Խաչիկյանը, «ՀԱԷԿ» ՓԲԸ ղեկավար կազմը՝ գլխավոր տնօրեն Էդուարդ Մարտիրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ, պաշտոնատար անձինք:
Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի ղեկավար կազմը հանդես է եկել հաշվետու զեկույցով և ներկայացրել 2022 թ. իրականացված աշխատանքները: Նշվել է, որ ՀԱԷԿ-ի թիվ 2-րդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման նախագծային ժամկետը լրացել է 2016 թ., և իրականացված արդիականացման լայնածավալ աշխատանքների շնորհիվ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետը երկարացվել է 10 տարով։ Արդյունքում, 1995 թ. ի վեր առաջին անգամ ատոմակայանն աշխատում է 100 տոկոս ջերմային հզորությամբ՝ 92 տոկոսի փոխարեն։
Զեկուցվել է, որ ընթացքի մեջ է թիվ 2-րդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետի կրկնակի երկարացման (ՇԺԵ-2) նախագիծը. աշխատանքներն իրականացվելու են 2023-2026 թթ., մշակվել և Միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման կոմիտեի հետ համաձայնեցվել է ՇԺԵ-2 հայեցակարգը, պատրաստ է նաև Կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը, որով կմեկնարկի գործընթացը։ Արդյունքում, ակնկալվում է, որ Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի 2-րդ էներգաբլոկը հնարավոր կլինի անվտանգ շահագործել մինչև 2036 թվականը։
Տեղեկատվություն է ներկայացվել «ՀԱԷԿ»-ի մարդկային ռեսուրսների և ֆինանսատնտեսական ցուցանիշների վերաբերյալ։
Անդրադարձ է եղել նաև ՀՀ էներգետիկայի ոլորտի ռազմավարության հեռանկարներին, որով նախատեսվում է մինչև 2040 թ. զարգացնել ցածր ածխածնային արտանետումներով էներգիայի արտադրությունը՝ վերականգնվող և միջուկային էներգիայի արտադրությամբ: Այս համատեքստում ներկայացվել է միջազգային առաջատար փորձը:
Հաշվետվության ներկայացումից հետո ծավալվել է մտքերի փոխանակություն: Քննարկման առարկա են դարձել Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի հետագա գործունեության հետ կապված անելիքները, այդ թվում՝ թիվ 2-րդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետի կրկնակի երկարացմանը, նոր էներգաբլոկի կառուցմանը, կադրերի մասնագիտական վերապատրաստմանը, միջազգային համագործակցությանը վերաբերող և այլ հարցեր:
Վարչապետը, ՀՀ էներգետիկ ոլորտի զարգացման համատեքստում, կարևորել է ատոմակայանի անվտանգ ու հուսալի շահագործման ուղղությամբ հետևողական աշխատանքը և կառավարման արդյունավետության շարունակական բարելավումը:
Կառավարության ղեկավարը նաև շրջայց է կատարել ատոմակայանի տարածքում՝ ծանոթացել էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության տեխնոլոգիական շղթայում ներառված հիմնանորոգված համակարգերին ու սարքավորումներին, այդ թվում բլոկի կառավարման վահանակի, տեղեկատվական-հաշվողական, նաև կայանի անվտանգ շահագործումն ապահովող այլ համակարգերի արդիականացման աշխատանքներին։
