realtribune.ru–ն «Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ավտոճանապարհին արցախահայերը կարող են տուժել «տեխնիկական միջոցներից»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Արցախի իշխանությունները համաձայն են Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ավտոճանապարհին հսկողության տեխնիկական միջոցների տեղադրմանը: «Եթե նման տեխնիկական միջոցները հեշտացնում են ռուս խաղաղապահների աշխատանքը, ապա դա կարող ենք քննարկել երկկողմ ձևաչափով, այսինքն՝ արցախյան կողմը՝ ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ։

Բայց ադրբեջանական կողմը, թեկուզ անուղղակիորեն, չպետք է մուտք ունենա այդ հսկողության ընթացակարգին, չպետք է կարողանա տեղեկություն ստանալ տեխնիկական հսկողության միջոցներից»,- ասել է Արցախի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Ղազարյանը։ Ավելի վաղ նման առաջարկով հանդես էր եկել պաշտոնական այցով Բաքվում գտնվող ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։ Իր հերթին, realtribune.ru լրատվական գործակալության գլխավոր խմբագիր Սարգիս Ծատուրյանը դեմ է ցանկացած «տեխնիկական միջոցի» տեղադրմանը. «Արցախի իշխանությունները առանց մի շարք հիմնարար մանրամասներ ճշտելու չպետք է համաձայնեն «տեխնիկական միջոցների» տեղադրմանը։

Նախ՝ ի՞նչ իմաստ ունի շարժվել անօրեն բռնապետի քմահաճույքով, որն ամեն զիջումից հետո միայն ավելացնում է իր ճնշումը։ Երկրորդ՝ արժե պարզել, թե դրանք ի՞նչ «տեխնիկական միջոցներ» են և արդյո՞ք սպառնում են արցախցիների կյանքին ու առողջությանը։ Բանն այն է, որ տարբեր տեսակի «սկաներներ», որոնք նախկինում կիրառվել են հետխորհրդային տարածքում, կարող են ճառագայթներ արձակել և արդյունքում քաղցկեղ առաջացնել մարդկանց մոտ։ Դա վստահորեն եմ ասում, քանի որ շատ պատմություններ եմ լսել։ Թույլ մի տվեք, որ ձեզ խաբեն: Ավելին, ճշմարտությունն արցախցիների կողմն է։ «Տեխնիկական միջոցներ» տեղադրելուց առաջ, որը խախտում է նախկին պայմանավորվածությունները, մի ծուլացեք պատվիրել միջազգային փորձագետների անկախ փորձաքննություն, թե արդյո՞ք այդ «միջոցները» վտանգում են Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ճանապարհով երթևեկող մարդկանց կյանքը և առողջությունը։

Եթե կա նման վտանգ, ապա վճռականորեն մերժեք ցանկացած «տեխնիկական միջոցի» տեղադրումը, հրապարակեք ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները և ամբողջ աշխարհին ցույց տվեք Բաքվի ֆաշիզմի ստոր դեմքը։ Երրորդ՝ Հայաստանի Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ավտոճանապարհին ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի տարբեր տեսակի «տեխնիկական միջոցներ» տեղադրել։ Այդ ճանապարհն անցնում է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքով և «միջանցք» չէ, ինչպես մեզ փորձում են համոզել գաղութարարները։ Դադարեք օգտագործել խորհրդային ժամանակաշրջանի գաղութային տերմինները՝ «Լաչինի միջանցք» կամ «Բերձորի միջանցք»։ Նրանք, ովքեր կամա թե ակամա նման տերմինաբանություն են օգտագործում, օգնում են թշնամուն»։
