Մարտի 10-12-ին Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում տեղի է ունենալու ամենամյա DigiTec Expo-ն՝ տարածաշրջանի ամենամեծ տեխնոլոգիական ցուցահանդեսը։ DigiTec Expo-ն DigiWeek տեխնոլոգիական օրերի կենտրոնական միջոցառումն է, որի շրջանակներում մեկ շաբաթ շարունակ տեղի կունենան ոլորտն ընդգրկող տարբեր միջոցառումներ։

Դրա շնորհիվ մասնակիցները կկարողանան առավելագույն ներգրավվածություն ունենալ Հայաստանի և տարածաշրջանի կարևորագույն տեխնոլոգիական իրադարձությունների մեջ: «Դիջիտեքի» բացումը սովարաբար վստահվում է երկրի առաջին դեմքին։

«Փաստ» լրատվականի տեղեկություններով կառավարությունում տևական ժամանակ է՝ քննարկվում է, թե ով պետք է բացումն անի և ի վերջ որոշվել է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կլինի այդ անձը։ «Դիջիտեքի» հարթակում հայտնվելու PR-ի տեսանկյունից հիանալի ռեսուրս է։ Սակայն մինչ այս որոշմանը գալը կառավարությունում լուրջ մտորումների մեջ են։ Փաշինյանի խորհրդականներն զգուշացնում են, որ ռիսկային միջոցառման մասին է խոսքը։

Ակնհայտ է, որ վարչապետը խուսափում է մարդաշատ վայրերում լինելուց, հատկապես որ ունի ոչ հաճելի փորձ, ի դեմս Սյունիքի, որտեղ նրան դիմավորեցին հայհոյանքներով, Երևանի մետրոպոլիտենում էլ նախընտրական թռուցիկը պատռեցին և նրա կողմը գցեցին։ Երկիրից դուրս էլ նույն իրավիճակն է, օրինակ՝ Նիդեռլանդներում հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները ևս հայհոյանքներով դիմավորեցին Փաշինյանին և այլն։ 


Հենց այս դեպքերը հաշվի առնելով՝ խորհրդականները մտածում են, թե ինչպես պետք է Փաշինյանը գտնվի այդ բազմության մեջ և ամեն ինչ կարգին լինի։ Սովորաբար, նման իրավիճակները կանխելու համար, վարչապետին 50 մետրից չի կարելի մոտենալ։ Հիմա էլ անվտանգության հատուկ միջոցառումների ծրագիր են մշակում։ 


Փաշինյանին նաև փոխանցել են, որ IT համայնքը բավականին բացասաբար է տրամադրված ոչ միայն կառավարության, այլ նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նկատմամբ, քանի որ համարում է, որ այս կառավարությունն  իր անգործությամբ IT ոլորտին բավականին լուրջ վնասներ է հասցրել։ Մասնավորապես՝ անհանգստացնում է արտարժույթի հետ կապված փոփոխությունները՝ դոլարի կուրսի աննախադեպ անկումը մեծ վնաս է հասցրել ոլորտին։ Որոշ ընկերություններ արդեն փակվել են, որոշներն էլ փակման եզրին են։ Կառավորությունն էլ այս ուղղությամբ քայլեր չի անում, իսկ սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերը ոչ բոլորին են հասու և չեն կոմպենսացնում այն վնասները, որ IT ոլորտը կրել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության օրոք։


Խորհրդականները մտավախություն ունեն, որ յուրաքանչյուր ընկերության ցուցասեղանին մոտենալիս Փաշինյանն ու իր նախարարները լսելու են ընկերությունների դժգոհությունները, որոնք այնքան էլ հանգիստ չեն անցնելու՝ հատկապես եթե հաշի առնենք նաև մամուլի ներկայությունը։ 
Բացումն անել չանելու հարցերը դեռ քննարկումների փուլում է, սակայն աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանը հակված է մասնակցել բացմանը, սակայն անվտանգության լուրջ միջոցառումերի ներգրավվածությամբ և մամուլին հնարավորինս հեռու պահելու գնով։
