Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը Շիրակի մարզի դատավոր Անի Մարտիրոսյանին կտեղափոխիԵրևան։ Այդ մասին տեղեկանում ենք Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի կայքից։
«2023 թվականի մարտի 6-ին, դռնփակ նիստում, քննարկելով Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի դատավորի թափուր պաշտոնում առաջին ատյանի այլ դատարանի դատավորին նշանակելու վերաբերյալ հարցը և ղեկավարվելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 175-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետով, «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքի 119-րդ և 117-րդ հոդվածներով, 89-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 9-րդ կետով և 94-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 5-րդ մասերով` Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը որոշում է Հանրապետության նախագահին առաջարկել Անի Արարատի Մարտիրոսյանի թեկնածությունը` Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի դատավորի թափուր պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար»,- ասվում է ԲԴԽ որոշման մեջ։
Անի Մարտիրոսյանը Շիրակի մարզի դատավոր էր նշանակվել հունվարի 30-ին:
Նշենք, որ Շիրակի մարզից այլ դատավորներ նույնպես տեղափոխվել են Երեւան եւ այլ մարզեր:
