Սիրելի՛ կանայք, սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Կանանց միջազգային օրվա առթիվ։ Այս օրը բարության, նվիրումի, գեղեցիկի ու դրականի մասին խոսելու, կանանց դերը մեր կյանքում ընդգծելու ու կարևորելու լավ հնարավորություն է։
 
Դժբախտաբար, այն իրականությունը, որում ապրում ենք այսօր, էապես նվազեցրել է սիրելի տոները նշելու, ի սրտե ուրախանալու ցանկությունն ու կարողությունը։ Անցնող տարիների ընթացքում ստիպված ենք եղել շատ իրողություններ վերարժևորել, հայացքներ ու մոտեցումներ վերանայել։ Վերարժևորվել է նաև այս օրվա խորհուրդը։
Սիրելի՛ կանայք, ձեր ուսերին այսօր շատ ավելին է, քան կարելի էր պատկերացնել։ Դուք և՛ կրողն եք այսօր շարունակվող արհավիրքի ողջ ցավի, և՛ այդ արհավիրքին դիմակայելու հիմնասյունն եք։ Դուք պայքարի ու չհանձնվելու շարժառիթ եք, միաժամանակ՝ պայքարի վստահ առաջամարտիկ։
 
Հավերժ փառք ու խոնարհում հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար իրենց կյանքը զոհաբերած կանանց ու աղջիկներին։
 
Շնորհավորանքս ու խոնարհումս որդեկորույս մեր մայրերին, հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար նահատակված մեր հերոս տղաների կանանց, դուստրերին ու քույրերին։
 
Շնորհավորանքս ու նվիրումս շուրջ երեք ամիս Արցախում շրջափակված հայ կանանց, որոնք տոկունության ու ամրության, սկզբունքայնության, ոգու ուժի ու վճռականության լավագույն օրինակ են։
 
Շնորհավորանքս ու երախտիքս Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում ապրող, ամեն օր թշնամու շունչը զգացող, բայց չնահանջող, կենցաղային դժվարություններն ու անվտանգային մարտահրավերները պատվով դիմակայող հայ կանանց։
Շնորհավո՛ր ձեր տոնը, սիրելի՛ կանայք։
 
Շնորհավոր Հայաստանում ու Արցախում ապրող բոլոր կանանց տոնը՝ անկախ էթնիկ ու կրոնական պատկանելությունից, անկախ սոցիալական դիրքից ու քաղաքական հայացքներից։
