Մանր խուլիգանության և ոստիկանության օրինական պահանջներին չենթարկվելու փաստերով Թբիլիսիի կենտրոնում Խորհրդարանի կողմից առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունված օտարերկրյա գործակալների մասին օրինագծի դեմ բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ բերման է ենթարկվել 66 մարդ, ասվում է Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ հաղորդագրության մեջ, գրում է Sputnik Georgia-ն։

«Տվյալ անձանց կողմից կատարված իրավախախտման փաստերը օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետում կներկայացվեն դատարան»,- ասված է նախարարության հաղորդագրությունում։

Մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում՝ խորհրդարանի շենքի մոտ տեղի ունեցած կատաղի միջադեպերի առնչությամբ Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ն հետաքննություն է սկսել Քրեական օրենսգրքի «Հարձակում ոստիկանի, հատուկ ծառայության աշխատակցի» քրեակատարողական ծառայության կամ իշխանության այլ ներկայացուցչի, հանրային հիմնարկի վրա» և «Իրերի վնասում կամ ոչնչացում» հոդվածներով։

«Նախարարությունը համապատասխան իրավական գնահատական ​​կտա բոլոր նրանց գործողություններին, ովքեր կազմակերպել են խաղաղ ցույցի վերածումը բռնի գործողությունների և նպաստել դրան», - ասվում է ՆԳՆ հաղորդագրության մեջ։
