«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
infoteka24.ru–ն «Հսկիչ անցագրային կետ ցանկացած գնով» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որով բացահայտել է Արցախում իր վերջին դիվերսիայի իրական նպատակները։ Չսահմանափակվելով օպերատիվ զեկույցներով՝ Բաքվի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը քաղաքական քարոզչական տեքստ է տարածել Լաչինի միջանցքում անցակետ ստեղծելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։
Բաքվի այդ պայմանն ի սկզբանե մերժվել էր հայկական կողմից։ Բացի այդ, միջազգային գործընկերները, մասնավորապես ԱՄՆ-ը և ԵՄ-ն ևս դեմ են արտահայտվել հսկիչ անցագրային կետի տեղադրմանը՝ պնդելով նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության առկա պայմանների իրագործման անհրաժեշտությունը։ Ռուսաստանը՝ որպես նշված հայտարարության կողմ և դրա համապատասխանության երաշխավոր, նույնպես դեմ է արտահայտվել, սակայն չի բացառել միջանցքում ստուգման տեխնիկական միջոցների տեղադրումը։
Հավանաբար, Ալիևը, ադրբեջանցիներին խոստանալով Հայաստանով «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք», հասկանում է, որ ինքը շատ խոր ջրափոսում է հայտնվել, և միջանցքի փոխարեն կստանա միայն անցակետերով, մաքսային հսկողությամբ և հսկողության այլ տեսակներով երթուղի: Արդյունքում, ստիպված նրան պետք է ամեն գնով նույն պայմանները ձեռք բերել նաև Լաչինի միջանցքի համար:
