Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը կարծում է, որ Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության համար որևէ խոչընդոտ չկա, և դա հիմնված է 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների վրա, այս մասին գրում է Интерфакс-ը:

«Հիմա խաղաղության հաստատման ժամանակն է: Ուստի 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին մենք հանդես ենք եկել խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացի նախաձեռնությամբ (Հայաստանի հետ): Կան հինգ հայտնի սկզբունքներ, որոնք կարող են հիմք հանդիսանալ Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի համար։ Հուսով ենք, որ միջազգային մասնակիցները, ովքեր փորձում են միջնորդի դեր կատարել, կփորձեն համոզել Հայաստանին բաց չթողնել այս հնարավորությունը։ Որովհետև Հայաստանը բաց թողեց անկախ երկիր դառնալու հնարավորությունը և վերածվեց այլ երկրների գաղութի, և նրանք բաց թողեցին անկախանալու և իրենց ապագան կերտելու իրական հնարավորությունը»,- հինգշաբթի ասել է Ալիևը X Global Baku ֆորումում։

Ալիևը նշել է, որ այժմ նորմալ բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ կառուցելու հնարավորություն կա։ «Մենք կարծում ենք, որ պատերազմից հետո խաղաղությունը հնարավոր է, և Հայաստանի հետ հոկտեմբերի պայմանավորվածությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության համար որևէ խոչընդոտ չկա»,- ասել է Ալիևը։

Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանն արել է ամեն հնարավորը Հայաստանի հետ հակամարտությունը խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծելու համար։

«Մենք ցանկանում էինք, որ Հայաստանը կատարի ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի որոշումները և առանց որևէ պայմանի դուրս բերի իր զինված ուժերը: Բայց Հայաստանը ոչ մի կարևորություն չի տվել այս որոշմանը, որն ինքնին միջազգային իրավունքի նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք է»,- նշել է նախագահը։

Նա նաև ընդգծեց, որ 1992 թվականին ստեղծվել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար, սակայն 28 տարի այդ խումբը ոչնչի չի կարողացել հասնել, և բանակցային գործընթացում հակառակ կողմը ձգտել է «սառեցնել այս գործընթացը, այսինքն նա ցանկանում էր այս հակամարտությունը թողնել մշտական ​​սառեցված վիճակում։

«Բայց մենք չկարողացանք համաձայնել սրա հետ, և արեցինք այն, ինչ ճիշտ էինք համարում, օգտագործեցինք ինքնապաշտպանության իրավունքը, մասնավորապես՝ ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության 51-րդ հոդվածը։ Մենք ազատագրել ենք մեր տարածքները, և դա մեր օրինական իրավունքն է։ Մենք ցանկանում էինք այս հարցը լուծել խաղաղ ճանապարհով, բայց Հայաստանը ոչ կառուցողական մոտեցավ այս հարցին, և մենք ուժի կիրառմամբ ազատագրեցինք մեր տարածքները։ Եվ ավելի քան 2,5 տարի մենք այս տարածքներում վերականգնողական աշխատանքներ ենք իրականացնում»,- շարունակել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը։
