Արցախի պետնախարարն ընդունել է ռուսական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներին

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանն այսօր՝ մարտի 9-ին ընդունել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ռուսական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ համայնքի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Բորդովի գլխավորությամբ։
Պետական նախարարը ողջունել է ներկաներին, նշել, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները դարերի պատմություն ունեն և միջմշակութային հաղորդակցությանը որակապես նոր շունչ հաղորդելու համար անհրաժեշտ է գործադրել առավելագույն ջանքեր։
«Ցանկանում եմ հատուկ շեշտադրել, որ վերջին ժամանակաշրջանում նկատվում է Արցախի ռուսական համայնքի կազմակերպվածության բարձր մակարդակ, ինչի համար շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում այն անձանց, ովքեր նպաստել են այդ կարևոր գործին։ Ռուսաց լեզվի հանրաճանաչության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու և մշակութային կյանքը ակտիվացնելու համար իմ կողմից պատրաստակամություն եմ հայտնում Ձեզ հետ մշտապես լինել բաց շփումներում և կառավարության հնարավորության սահմաններում փորձելու եմ իմ մասնակցությունը և ներդրումը ունենալ», - ընդգծել է Գուրեգեն Ներսիսյանը։
Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են սոցիալական, կրթական, հոգևոր-մշակութային կյանքին վերաբերող, ինչպես նաև հետագա համագործակցության, համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման շարունակականության ապահովմանը վերաբերող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ:
«Նմանատիպ հանդիպումները նպաստում են հանրապետությանում առկա խնդիրները միասին վեր հանելու և Ձեր տեսակետների ու առաջարկությունների հիման վրա իրավիճակը մեղմելու առումով որոշումներ կայացնելուն։ Մենք պետք է նաև գիտակցենք, որ միայն իրար օգնելով կարող ենք ներքին հասարակական կյանքը դարձնել ավելի ապահով և հետաքրքիր»,- նշել է պետական նախարարը։
Հանդիպումը շարունակվել է հարց ու պատասխանի ձևաչափով: Ռուսական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները պետական նախարարին ուղղել են շրջափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակում կառավարության գործունեությանը, առկա խնդիրների հաղթահարման գործիքակազմին, սոցիալ տնտեսական և զարգացման ծրագրերին առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր։
