Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նոր համահայկական նախաձեռնությունը

Երևանում այսօր կարևորագույն մի միջոցառում է մեկնարկելու։ «Ապագա հայկականի» համաժողովը, որը դառնալու է քաղաքացիական ասամբլեա մասնակցային ժողովրդավարության մոդելի առաջին կիրառումը հայկական իրականաության մեջ։ «Ապագա հայկականը» զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենը Արտակ Ապիտոնյանը նշել է, թե համաժողովը միավորելու է 200 մասնակիցների Հայաստանից, Սփյուռքից և Արցախից, ընդ որում մասնակիցներն ընտրվել են վիճակահանության, ներկայացուցչական ընտրանքով և արտացոլում են սեռատարիքային, կրթական բաշխվածություն ըստ երկրների։ Մասնակցելու հայտ է ներկայացրել 5700-ից ավելի մարդ, սակայն ընտրվել են միայն 200-ը։
Ի դեպ համաժողովի հիմնական նախաձեռնողը «Ապագա հայկականը» նախաձեռնության համահիմնադիր Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, չի կարողանա մասնակցել համաժողովին։ Մյուս համահիմնադիր, գործարար Նուբար Աֆեյանը Միացիալ Նահանգներից կարողացել է ժամանել Հայաստան, իսկ Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարը, Արցախի շրջափակման պայմաններում, պարզապես չի կարող ժամանել Երևան և գրեթե 3 ամիս գտնվում է շրջափակման մեջ։ Համաժողովի նշանակությունը չափազանց մեծ է հայ իրականության համար: Առաջին անգամ տարբեր տարիքի, նախասիրությունների, մասնագիտությունների մարդիկ հավաքվելու են և քննարկելու են կարևորագույն հարցեր Հայաստան պետության և հայ ժողովրդի ապագայի վերաբերյալ։
Այս հանգամանքը վկայում է, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը իր ուշադրությունը սևեռել է ոչ միայն Արցախի, այլ նաև Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի համազգային խնդիրների վրա։ Որքան էլ Հայաստանի և Արցախի գործող իշխանությունները շարունակեն լայն արշավ իրականացնել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեմ, վախենալով, նրա՝ օրեցօր աճող հեղինակությունից և ազդեցությունից, այսպիսի համաժողովներն ու տարատեսակ այլ միջոցառումները վկայում են Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարի գործունեության բացառիկ կարևորութան, հայ ժողովրդի ապագայի վրա նրանց ունեցած դերի մասին։
