Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի աշխատակազմն Արցախի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցիչներին հրավիրել է Բաքու՝ հանդիպման:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի մեկին հաղորդվել էր Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպման մասին՝ ռուսական կողմի միջնորդությամբ:
Ինչպես գրում է ԱՊԱ գործակալությունը, այժմ Ադրբեջանն առաջարկում է առաջիկա օրերին երկրորդ հանդիպումն անցկացնել Բաքվում՝ քննարկելով այսպես կոչված «վերաինտեգրման» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am), Արցախում «ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերի իրականացման» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) հարցերը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ անվտանգության հարցերով օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը հայտարարել էր, որ Բաքուն անընդունելի է համարում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների՝ խաղաղության համաձայնագրում Արցախի վերաբերյալ կետ ներառելու փորձերը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը բազմիցս նշել է, որ «Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի հետ կապված հարցերը պետք է առանձին լուծվեն և կապված չլինեն ԼՂ բնակչությանը վերաբերող հարցերին»։
«Հայաստանն ի սկզբանե փորձել է ղարաբաղյան հարցը ներառել խաղաղության համաձայնագրում, սակայն այդ մոտեցումն անընդունելի է Ադրբեջանի համար։ «Ղարաբաղի հայերի» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) իրավունքների և անվտանգության հարցը «զուտ Ադրբեջանի ներքին խնդիրն է» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am), և Բաքուն չի պատրաստվում «ինքնիշխանության» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) վերաբերյալ հարցերը քննարկել որևէ այլ կողմի հետ», - հայտարարել է Հաջիևը:
Նա նաև հավելել է, որ ԼՂ-ում ապրող հայերի իրավունքներն ու անվտանգությունը «կորոշվեն Ադրբեջանի Սահմանադրությանը և օրենքներին համապատասխան» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)։
