Հակառակ ներհայաստանյան խաղաղության մասին իդիլիայի՝ տարածաշրջանում լարվածությունը մեծանում է: Իսրայել-Իրան անխուսափելի բախման մասին լուրերի ֆոնին՝ հանդիպում են նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն ու Իսրայելի հետախուզության նախարարը, ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսմեն Էլիոթ Էնգելն է հայտարարում, թե Բաքուն համաձայնել է տրամադրել իր տարածքն Իրանի դեմ հարձակման համար:

Միջազգայնագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ այս տեղեկությունները պետք է դիտարկել 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանին տրված աջակցության ու դրանից բխող «պարտավորությունների» համատեքստում:

«Ադրբեջանը պատերազմի ժամանակ  բավականին լուրջ և անթաքույց աջակցություն է ստացել և՛ Թուրքիայից, և՛ Իսրայելից, ինչն էլ նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանն ինչ-որ բան պետք է տրամադրի դրա դիմաց: Բոլորի համար պարզ է, որ «ինչ-որ բան տրամադրելը» լինելու է հակաիրանական գործողությունների տեսքով: Կարծում եմ՝ առաջիկայում դրա դրսևորումները կտեսնենք, և պրոցեսները, որոնք արդեն տեղի են ունենում, դրա վառ ապացույցն են»,- 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում մանրամասնեց միջազգայնագետը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ քննարկվում են նաև ռազմական գործողությունների սցենարներ:

Սուրեն Սարգսյանի գնահատմամբ՝ մեկնարկած պրոցեսները որոշակիորեն զսպվել են Չինաստանի միջնորդությամբ Իրանի և Սաուդյան Արաբիայի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրերի ստորագրումից հետո:

Առկա իրավիճակում ՀՀ իշխանությունների անելիքների մասին հարցադրմանն ի պատասխան՝ միջազգայնագետը հակիրճ է արձագանքում՝ նկատելով. «Մեր անելիքները սովորաբար լինում են ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ, ոչ պրոակտիվ և ոչ հաշվարկված: Մեծ հաշվով, անելիքները շատ են, բայց չեմ կարծում՝ իշխանություններն ունեն կարողություններ նման հաշվարկներ ու վերլուծություններ անելու»:

Հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանում ուժերի կոնսոլիդացիան՝ միջազգայնագետից հետաքրքրվեցինք նաև՝ արդյո՞ք  Հայաստանի կողմից ԵՄ դիտորդներին ընդունելու, ապա ՀԱՊԿ փոխնախագահության քվոտայից հրաժարվելու վերջին քայլերը վկայում են, որ հայաստանյան իշխանությունները ևս փորձում են որոշակիորեն կոնսոլիդացվել՝ գնալով արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխության:

Ի պատասխան՝ նա նկատեց, որ թեև ՀՀ-ն սկսել է ավելի ակտիվ աշխատել ԵՄ-ի հետ, այդուհանդերձ, վեկտորի փոփոխություն այս պահի դրությամբ հնարավոր չէ կանխատեսել:

«Այժմ մենք գործ ունենք իրավիճակի հետ, երբ բավականին լուրջ դժվարություններ կան տարածաշրջանում, և նոր մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու գործում ՀՀ իշխանությունները չունեն բավարար պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ:

Մենք հիշում ենք, թե ինչ արժեցավ մեզ վրա ՀԱՊԿ Գլխավոր քարտուղարի հետ կապված այդ ամբողջ պատմությունը, երբ, մեծ հաշվով, տորպեդահարեցինք ՀԱՊԿ-ի աշխատանքը, և տեսանք դրա հետևանքները. չեմ բացառում, որ նման հետևանքներ կարող են լինել նաև այս պարագայում»,- պարզաբանեց Սուրեն Սարգսյանը:
