«Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի տարածքից ոստիկանները թմրամիջոց պահելու կասկածանքով քաղաքացու են ձերբակալել

2023 թ. մարտի 9-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարության «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի օպերատիվ բաժնում տեղեկություններ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի ընդունարանում պատրաստված թաքստոցում թմրամիջոց է թաքցված, որը, հավանաբար, պետք է վերցներ բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխված ազատազրկված անձը:
Օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը փոխանցվել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքին։ Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի օպերատիվ բաժնի և Էրեբունի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողներն իրականացրել են դարանակալում օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումը։ Արդյունքում՝ 2023թ․ մարտի 10-ին «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի տարածքից թմրամիջոց պահելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել և ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին են տեղափոխվել 1993թ․ ծնված Հ․ Բ․-ն և 2001թ․ ծնված Հ․ Հ․-ն։
Հ․ Բ․-ի անձնական խուզարկությամբ սպորտային վերարկուի գրպանից հայտնաբերվել է պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակի մեջ փաթեթավորված, ընդհանուրը 6.81 գրամ քաշով մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոցին նմանվող, դեղնականաչավուն, չորացված և մանրացված բուսական զանգված, իսկ Հ․ Հ․-ի ջինսե տաբատի փոքր գրպանից հայտնաբերվել է մոխրացված հետքերով 2 կաթոցիչ:
Հ․ Բ․-ն բանավոր հայտարարել է, որ հայտնաբերվածը մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոց է՝ նախատեսված իր անձնական օգտագործման համար:
Դեպքի առթիվ կազմված փաստաթղթերը փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
