«DigiTec»–ում Ակբա բանկը ներկայացրել է ֆինտեխ ոլորտի եզակի լուծումներ
SOCIETYԱկբա բանկը «DigiTec» տեխնոլոգիական ցուցահանդեսի այցելուներին տեղափոխում է թվային աշխարհ և ներկայացնում ֆինտեխ ոլորտի ինովացիաները։
«DigiTec»-ում Ակբա բանկը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում եզակի Acba MAX բազմաֆունկցիոնալ բանկոմատը, որը նաև վճարային տերմինալ է, տարադրամի փոխանակման կետ և նույնիսկ հնարավորություն է տալիս մարել այլ բանկերում գործող վարկերը։

«Acba MAX պլատֆորմը հեղափոխական է բանկային տերմինալների շուկայում, քանի որ մեզ հաջողվել է վճարային համակարգն ինտեգրել բանկոմատում և մեկ սարքի վրա ստանալ բազմաֆունկցիոնալ համակարգ», -նշում է Ակբա բանկի պլատֆորմների և տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման գծով գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Տիգրան Սիմոնյանը՝ հավելելով նաև, որ նորարար ու ավելի արագ թվային ծառայություններ մատուցելու նպատակով հաճախորդների կողմից ուղարկվող հարցերը, որոնց արհեստական բանականությամբ աշխատող ռոբոտները չեն կարողանում պատասխանել, տեղում ուղղորդվում են բանկի հեռախոսային կենտրոնի աշխատակիցներին, ովքեր պատասխանում են հաճախորդների բոլոր հարցերին։

Ակբա բանկի տաղավարում այցելուները հնարավորություն ունեցան ծանոթանալ նաև Acba Digital հավելվածի նոր գործիքներին։ Հայաստանում Acba Digital-ն առաջինն է, որի միջոցով հնարավոր դարձավ ակտիվացնել Visa Digital քարտատեսակը:
