ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Նիկոլն ասում է, որ "…երբ Հայաստանը բանակցում է Ադրբեջանի հետ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում սկսում են կասկածել, թե ի՞նչ դավադրությունների մեջ է Հայաստանի իշխանությունը: Դրա համար թող Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը ինքը բանակցի Ադրբեջանի հետ…":

Այ քեզ բան, այ քեզ հայկական "պետության ղեկավար", այ քեզ անպատասխանատու մարդ, այ քեզ կլասիկ խառնակիչ ու մանիպուլյատոր… Մի՞թե կառավարության դավադիր քաղաքականության համար սրանից ավելի լավ ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք կարող եք գտնել:

Իսկ ինչպե՞ս է, որ 1992թ-ից սկսած, երբ Հայաստանն էր բանակցում Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ Արցախում այդպիսի կասկածներ չեն եղել: Ընդհակառակը՝ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահներն էին պարբերաբար այցելում Ստեփանակերտ և պաշտոնական Երևանի հետ ճշտում դիրքորոշումները: Որովհետև նախ և առաջ Հայաստանն էր Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության երաշխավորը: Որովհետև Արցախում էր սկսվում և ամրապնդվում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգության միջավայրը և անկախ պետականության հիմքերը: Հիմա Արցախի և Հայաստանի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը խարխլելուց հետո, հսկայական տարածքները՝ ստորագրությամբ թշնամուն հանձնելուց հետո, մուննաթ է գալիս, որ թող իրենք բանակցեն Բաքվի հետ, որպեսզի մեզ չկասկածեն…

Արցախից ձեռքերը լվանալու քաղաքականությունը ցինիզմի աստիճանի ցցուն է դարձել:

Բա որ մի օր արցախցիները որոշեն ու ցեղասպանական վտանգից խուսափելու համար, բոլորով միասին դուրս գան Արցախից, դուք հասկանում ե՞ք, որ հաջորդ օրվանից սկսած հայաթափվելու է նաև Սյունիքը, Գեղարքունիքը, Վայոց Ձորը…

Դուք հասկանում ե՞ք, թե ի՞նչ աստիճանի անբարո քաղաքականություն եք վարում մեր խեղճ ժողովրդի ճակատագրի հաշվին:»։
