Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անվտանգության երաշխավորը ՌԴ-ն է. Փաշինյան

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անվտանգության երաշխավորն իր իսկ ստանձնած պարտավորությամբ՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն է, ԼՂ-ում կա նաև Պաշտպանության բանակ, եթե Ադրբեջանի կողմից ԼՂ-ում հայության ցեղասպանության վտանգ չլինի, ԼՂ-ն առնվազն այդ մասշտաբով ՊԲ ունենալու կարիք չի ունենա:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե Արցախի ուղղությամբ հնարավոր էսկալացիայի դեպքում ՀՀ-ն ապահովելո՞ւ է Արցախի անվտանգությունը, Հայաստանը շարունակելո՞ւ է լինել Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորը:
«2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունն ինչո՞ւ ստորագրեցի: Մի շատ պարզ պատճառով՝ ընկալելով, որ այդ իրավիճակում ՀՀ-ն չի կարող, ձեզ հայտնի հանգամանքների բերում, լինել ԼՂ անվտանգության լիարժեք երաշխավոր: Եվ, հետևաբար, պետք էր ստեղծել մի համակարգ, որը կերաշխավորեր ԼՂ անվտանգությունը: Եվ եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ու դրանից հետո ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի կայացրած որոշմամբ, որով ՌԴ նախագահին թույլ տվեցին զորքեր ուղարկել ԼՂ, արձանագրվել է, որ ԼՂ անվտանգության երաշխավորը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն է՝ ոչ թե, որ Հայաստանը հրաժարվում է դրանից, այլ, որովհետև Հայաստանը, ցավոք, 44-օրյա պատերազմի պարտության պատճառով չի կարող լիարժեք կատարել այդ գործառույթը: Եվ, հետևաբար, այդ բոլոր փաստարկներն իմի բերելով՝ պետք է արձանագրենք, որ իր իսկ ստանձնած պարտավորությամբ՝ ԼՂ անվտանգության երաշխավորը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն է»,-հայտարարեց վարչապետը:
Նա ընդգծեց՝ մյուս կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կա Պաշտպանության բանակ, որը Ադրբեջանը փորձում է ներկայացնել որպես Հայաստանի բանակ: Փաշինյանը վերահաստատեց՝ ՀՀ-ն բանակ չունի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում: Ադրբեջանը նաև փորձում է պնդել, թե ԼՂ պաշտպանության բանակը պետք է լուծարվի, գոյություն չունենա:
«Եթե ԼՂ հայության ցեղասպանության վտանգ չլինի (ԼՂ-ում, այդ նեղ վիճակում միլիարդներ են ծախսում բանակը պահելու համար), առնվազն այդ մասշտաբով ՊԲ ունենալու կարիք չի լինի: ԼՂ-ում ՊԲ-ի գոյությունն ամենամեծ ապացույցն է ցեղասպանության և էթնիկ զտումների նախապատրաստությունների»,-նշեց Փաշինյանը:
