ԱրարատԲանկը միացել է ՄԱԿ-ի «Կանանց հզորացման սկզբունքներ»  ծրագրին (WEPs) դեռևս 2022թ․-ի սեպտեմբերին՝ նշված տարում լինելով առաջինը առևտրային բանկերի շրջանում։ 
 
Ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի համայնքում, բիզնեսում և աշխատավայրում խթանել կանանց հզորացումը՝ յոթ առանցքային սկզբունքները կյանքի կոչելու միջոցով, այն է՝ ստեղծել բարձր մակարդակի կորպորատիվ առաջնորդություն գենդերային հավասարության համար, բոլոր կանանց և տղամարդականց հավասարապես վերաբերվել աշխատավայրում, հարգել և աջակցել մարդու իրավունքներին ու խտրականության բացառմանը, ապահովել բոլոր կին և տղամարդ աշխատողների առողջությունը, անվտանգությունը և բարեկեցությունը, նպաստել կանանց կրթությանը, վերապատրաստմանը և մասնագիտական զարգացմանը, իրականացնել ձեռնարկությունների ստեղծման, մատակարարման շղթայի և մարկետինգի՝ կանանց հզորացնող պրակտիկաներ, խթանել հավասարությունը համայնքային նախաձեռնությունների և իրազեկվածության բարձրացման միջոցով, չափել և հանրայնորեն զեկուցել գենդերային հավասարությանը հասնելու առաջընթացի մասին։

«Հաշվի առնելով, որ ԱրարատԲանկում արդեն իսկ կիրառվում են ՄԱԿ-ի ԿՀՍ ծրագրով սահմանված որոշ սկզբունքներ, որոնք, կարելի է ասել, ուղեցույց են, թե ինչպես հավասարապես վերաբերվել կանանց և տղամարդկանց աշխատավայրում աշխատավարձի, առաջխաղացման և այլ առումներով՝ որոշում կայացվեց միանալ Կանանց հզորացման ծրագրին և կատարելագործել այդ ուղղությունը»,- նշել է ԱրարատԲանկի Մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման վարչության ղեկավար Իզաբելա Հովհաննիսյանը։
