Արթուր Թովմասյանը արձագանքել է Ալիեւի աշխատակազմի՝ Արցախի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներին Բաքու հրավիրելուն

Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի իրավունքների և անվտանգության հարցը մեր առանցքային նպատակներից է, և շատ կարևոր է, որ այդ մասին երեկ կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ շատ հստակ ընդգծել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Այս մասին «Արցախպրես» լրատվական գործակալության հետ զրույցում ասել է ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանը, և ավելացրել, որ այդ երկու նպատակները միավորվում են մեր ժողովրդի գլխավոր նպատակի՝ ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման ու դրա լրիվ ճանաչման մեջ:
«Մենք շատ լավ հասկանում ենք, որ բարդ ժամանակներ ենք ապրում, և գործընթացները, որոնք ընթանում են մեր տարածաշրջանում, կարող են ցանկացած պահի ռազմական նոր ագրեսիաների ու անկանխատեսելի հետևանքների պատճառ դառնալ: Սակայն դրանցից խուսափելու համար մենք չենք կարող մեր կենսական շահերը անտեսել: Այդ իմաստով շատ կարևոր էր նաև ՀՀ վարչապետի այն միտքը, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գործող իշխանությունները պաշտոնական Բաքվի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցություններում չեն պատրաստվում Արցախի նկատմամբ էթնիկ զտում կամ ցեղասպանություն իրականացնելու մանդատ տալ Ադրբեջանին»,- ասել է Թովմասյանը՝ հավելելով, որ միջազգային հանրությունը ևս պետք է այս հարցում շատ հստակ ու կոշտ դիրքորոշում ստանձնի:
Անդրադառնալով օրեր առաջ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի տարածած այն տեղեկատվությանը, թե Արցախի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները հրավիրվում են Բաքու երկխոսության՝ Թովմասյանը նշեց, որ Արցախի իշխանությունները երբևէ չեն խուսափել Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ շփումներից:
«Հարցն այն է, որ մեզ համար ընդունելի չէ Բաքվի առաջարկած օրակարգը: Ցավոք, նախորդ շփումները, չնայած պայմանավորվածություններին, որևէ արդյունք չեն ապահովել օրակարգային հարցերի մասով: Ավելին, դրանցից հետո Ադրբեջանի զինուժը մարտի 5-ին Արցախի տարածքում ահաբեկչական գործողություն է իրականացրել, որի հետևանքով զոհվել է երեք և վիրավորում ստացել մեկ ոստիկան: Եթե շփումների «արդյունքները» այդպիսին պետք է լինեն, ապա ավելի նախընտրելի է չհանդիպել»,- եզրափակել է Ա. Թովմասյանը:
