ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության պատմության և մշակույթի մոնումենտալ հուշարձանների պահպանության հետ կապված խնդիրների, գիտանախագծային փաստաթղթերի քննարկման, խորհրդակցման և որոշումների կայացման նպատակով ձևավորված աշխատանքային խմբի 2023 թ. անդրանիկ նիստը կայացել է արտագնա ձևաչափով` Էրեբունի պատմահնագիտական արգելոց-թանգարանում:
ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության պատմության և մշակույթի հուշարձանների պահպանության վարչության աշխատակիցների ու աշխատանքային խմբի անդամների այցի նպատակը թանգարանի տնօրենության հետ Էրեբունի պատմահնագիտական արգելոցի տարածքում գտնվող խորհրդային ժամանակաշրջանում վերստեղծված որմնանկարների տեխնիկական գնահատումը և դրանց հետագա պահպանության (մաքրման, ամրակայման) համար հնարավոր լուծումներ գտնելն էր:
Համատեղ քննարկման արդյունքում որոշվել է որմնանկարների լավ պահպանված հատվածներն ամրակայել և կոնսերվացնել՝ հնարավորինս զերծ մնալով նոր միջամտություններից:
Նիստի օրակարգային հարցերից էր նաև ՀՀ արվեստի վաստակավոր գործիչ, գեղանկարիչ Հակոբ Հակոբյանի «Սարերում» որմնանկարի տեղափոխության հարցը: ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ 2016 թ. որմնանկարն անհատույց և անժամկետ օգտագործման իրավունքով ամրացվել է «Գյումրու Վ. Աճեմյանի անվան պետական դրամատիկական թատրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ին, որտեղ որմնանկարի պահպանության համար պատշաճ պայմաններ չլինելու պատճառով անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել վերջինս թատրոնից տեղափոխել մեկ այլ՝ ավելի բարենպաստ վայր:
Հարկ է նշել, որ Գյումրու Վ. Աճեմյանի անվան պետական դրամատիկական թատրոնի շենքը 2019 թ. նախարարության փորձագիտական հանձնաժողովի կողմից ճանաչվել է պատմության և մշակույթի տեղական նշանակության նորահայտ հուշարձան:
