Խմելու ջրի և ջրահեռացման ծառայությունների արժեքը ՀՀ բոլոր բաժանորդների համար 2023թ–ին կմնա նույնը` 200 դրամ։
Կառավարությունն այսօրվա նիստում ընդունած որոշմամբ սուբսիդավորելու է սակագնի թանկացումը։
 
Այդ նպատակով «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲԸ-ին կառավարությունը 2023 թվականի պետական բյուջեից կվճարի սուբսիդիա՝ յուրաքանչյուր խորանարդ մետրի համար 7.949 դրամի չափով, որից 6.756–ը` ջրամատակարարման, 1.193–ը` ջրահեռացման ծառայության համար։
Սուբսիդավորման արդյունքում ՀՀ սպառողներն այս տարի ևս կշարունակեն ջրի 1 խմ–ի դիմաց վճարել 200 դրամ` 208–ի փոխարեն։
ՀՀ 2023 թվականի պետական բյուջեով արդեն իսկ այդ նպատակով հատկացվել է 1.1 մլրդ դրամ սուբսիդիա` 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 30-ը ներառյալ մատուցվող խմելու ջրի մատակարարման և ջրահեռացման ծառայությունների դիմաց։
2023 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսվա համար նախատեսված փոխհատուցման գումարները կներառվեն արդեն 2024 թվականի պետական բյուջեում։
 
Ընդ որում, նշենք, որ սոցիալապես անապահով բաժանորդներին նոր կարգավորումը չի վերաբերում, քանի որ նրանց համար պետությունն արդեն իսկ ավելի մեծ չափով սուբսիդավորում կիրառում է։ 2023 թվականին այդ խավի համար ջրի սակագինը կմնա 180 դրամ:
Հիշեցնենք` Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովնը նոյեմբերի 29-ի նիստում միաձայն ընդունել էր որոշումը, համաձայն որի` հունվարի 1-ից ջրի սակագինը 200 դրամից դառնալու էր 208,42 դրամ։
Հանձնաժողովի նույն որոշման համաձայն` նախատեսվում էր նոր սակագնի ուժի մեջ մտնելու պահից, կառավարության որոշմամբ, սուբսիդավորել սակագնի թանկացումը` այն սպառողի համար ևս մեկ տարով նույն մակարդակին պահելու նպատակով։
