«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Ինչպես երևում է, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի, ներողություն՝ փոխքաղաքապետարանի վրա, ժողովրդական լեզվով ասած, «անեծք» կա: Նախ՝ ձերբակալվում, կալանավորվում է քաղաքապետի տեղակալներից մեկը, ճիշտ է՝ քաղաքապետարանի գործունեության հետ չկապված գործով: Հետո էլ՝ քաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանի հրաժարականի փաստը: Ի դեպ, մեր տեղեկություններով, հրաժարականի հիմնական պատճառը շահերի բախումն է: Ընդ որում՝ ոչ միայն միջանձնային, այլև «աշխատանքային»՝ որոշակի ֆինանսանյութական հետաքրքրությունների շրջանակներում:
Մենք արդեն գրել ենք, որ թեպետ վերջնական որոշում չկա, բայց, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություն չի լինի, ՔՊ-ն հերթական ժամանակավոր քաղաքապետ կընտրի, որը, վստահ են, ավելի հանդուրժող կլինի փոխքաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի՝ ըստ էության քաղաքապետության փաստին: Այս ամենից զատ, կարծես, հիմա էլ նոր սկանդալ է հասունանում «առերևույթ վնաս պատճառելու» թեմայով: Մասնավորաբար, օրերս «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքել յանը գրառում է կատարել՝ կապված Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից 2021 թ. գնված 161 հատ չինական Zhongtong bus, LCK6860HGN մակնիշի ավտոբուսների հետ:
Քաղաքապետարանը պայմանագիր է կնքել «Zhongtong Bus» ընկերության հետ, որտեղ մեկ ավտոբուսի արժեքը 44 720 000 դրամ է։ Նշվում է, որ նույն ընկերությունից նույն մակնիշի 150 ավտոբուս է գնվել 2022 թ.-ին՝ կնքելով պայմանագիր՝ մեկ ավտոբուսի արժեքը 44 249 499 դրամով։ Երկու պայմանագրերը գրեթե նույնաբովանդակ են, պարունակում են ավտոբուսների նույն հիմնական տեխնիկական բնութագրերը։ Հաշվի առնելով մի շարք գործոններ՝ Առաքել յանը մանրամասն հաշվարկներ է ներկայացրել, որոնց արդյունքում հրավիրել է իրավապահ մարմինների ուշադրությունը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կամ Երևանի բյուջեին մոտ 1,4 մլրդ դրամի առերևույթ վնաս պատճառելու փաստի վրա։
