Դատախազը պահանջում է Գյուլագարակի նախկին ղեկավարի տեղակալի նկատմամբ նշանակել լրացուցիչ պատիժ

Ռ.Վ.-ն, 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ից մինչև 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 22-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, զբաղեցնելով Լոռու մարզի Գյուլագարակ համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալի պաշտոնը, չի ներկայացրել հայտարարագիր:
Մասնավորապես՝ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում 2022 թվականի մայիսի 16-ին նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Գյուլագարակ համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Ռ.Վ.-ն վարչական տույժի կիրառումից հետո՝ 30-օրվա ընթացքում, դիտավորությամբ չի ներկայացրել օրենքով նախատեսված հայտարարագիրը:
2022 թվականի հունիսի 22-ին քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է Լոռու մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:
2023 թվականի փետրվարի 10-ին դատարանը կայացրել է մեղադրական վերդիկտ. Ռ.Վ.-ն մեղավոր է ճանաչվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 14.2 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (հայտարարագիրը դիտավորությամբ Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողով չներկայացնելը)՝ դատապարտվելով 680 հազար դրամ տուգանքի:
2023 թվականի մարտի 16-ին դատախազի կողմից վերոհիշյալ դատավճռի դեմ բերվել է վերաքննիչ բողոք՝ միջնորդելով պատժի մասով բեկանել դատավճիռը:
Նշանակված տուգանք պատժատեսակից բացի՝ դատախազը պահանջել է նշանակել նաև լրացուցիչ պատիժ՝ որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու իրավունքից զրկելը:
