Մահացել է Համլետ Մելքոնյանը
SOCIETYՇՄՆ «Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը մեծ ցավով տեղեկացնում է, որ 2023 թվականի մարտի 18-ին կյանքից հեռացել է Համլետ Անուշավանի Մելքոնյանը:
• Համլետ Անուշավանի Մելքոնյանը ծնվել է 1946թ. փետրվարի 1-ին։
1963-1968 թվականներին սովորել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի մեխանիկա-մաթեմատիկական ֆակուլտետում։ 1977 թվականին ավարտել է Մոսկվայի Հիդրոմետ կենտրոնի ասպիրանտուրան։ 1978 թվականից ֆիզիկո-մաթեմատիկական գիտությունների թեկնածու է։ 1968 թվականից աշխատել է Հիդրոմետեորոլոգիայի և Էկոլոգիայի գիտակիրառական կենտրոնում, նախ կրտսեր գիտաշխատող (1968-1978 թթ), հետո՝ ավագ գիտաշխատող (1978-1990թթ.), ապա տնօրեն (1990-1999թթ.)։
1999-2003 թվականների աշխատել է Հայպետհիդրոմետի Կլիմայի ուսումնասիրության կենտրոնի պետ, այնուհետև մինչև 2007 թվականը Հայպետհիդրոմետի Հիդրոմետեորոլոգիայի և Էկոլոգիայի գիտակիրառական կենտրոնի պետ–փոխտնօրեն, 2007-2016 թվականներին Հիդրոմետ ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալն էր՝ գիտական գծով, 2017-2021թթ․ Հիդրոմետծառայության տնօրենի խորհրդական:
1996-2018 թվականներին UNDP/GEF նախագծի` «Հայաստան-Կլիմայի փոփոխության երկրի հետազոտություն» ազգային փորձագետ, թիմի ղեկավար, 2005-2007 թթ - Համաշխարհային բանկի փորձագետ, 1996-2018թթ․ ՀՀ կլիմայի փոփոխության I-IV ազգային հաղորդագրությունների փորձագետ,
1980-1991թթ. դասախոսել է ԵՊՀ Ֆիզիկայի ֆակուլտետում, 1992-2016թթ. ԵՊՀ Աշխարհագրության և երկրաբանության ֆակուլտետում, դոցենտ։ Դասախոսությունների ընթացքում կարդացվող դասընթացներ՝ դինամիկ և ընդհանուր օդերևութաբանություն, կլիմայի փոփոխություն, հիդրոօդերևութանական երևույթների մաթեմատիկական մոդելավորում, մթնոլորտի ֆիզիկա, մթնոլորտի աղտոտվածության մոդելավորում:
Մասնակցել է 50 ից ավելի միջազգային կոնֆերանսների և սեմինարների՝ ՀՀ, ՌԴ, Իրան, Վրաստան, Ավստրիա, Անգլիա, Ֆրանսիա, Իտալիա, Հնդկաստան, Ինդոնեզիա, Չինաստան, Գերմանիա, Նիդեռլանդներ, Շվեյցարիա, Գանա, Մեքսիկա, ԱՄՆ և այլն: Հեղինակ է ավելի քան 100 գիտական հոդվածների։
Անգնահատելի է Համլետ Մելքոնյանի դերը Հայաստանում հիդրոօդերևութաբանության կայացման բարդ ընթացքի և վերջին տարիների կարևորագույն ձեռքբերումների ու տեխնիկապես հագեցած ու կայացած ինստիտուտ ունենալու գործում։
Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը իր անկեղծ ցավակցությունն է հայտնում Համլետ Անուշավանի Մելքոնյանի հարազատներին, մերձավորներին ու գործընկերներին: Խորապես սգում ենք անդառնալի կորստի համար:
