voennoedelo.com–ը գրում է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև չափազանց լարված հարաբերությունները, որոնք ձևավորվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված իրավիճակի շուրջ, մեկնաբանել է ռուս ռազմական փորձագետ Ալեքսանդր Արտամոնովը։ Նրա խոսքով, Թուրքիան, հրահրելով Ադրբեջանին, իսկ Ֆրանսիան Հայաստանին, միայն նպաստում են այդ տարածաշրջանում հակամարտության սրմանը։ «2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ին Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին եռակողմ հռչակագիր է ստորագրվել, և Մոսկվան է հանդես եկել որպես երաշխավոր, բայց ռուս խաղաղապահները դեռ չեն ստացել իրավական կարգավիճակ, այսինքն՝ ստորագրված պայմանագիր և ժողովրդականություն Ղարաբաղում ու Ադրբեջանում»,– հայտարարել է փորձագետը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ Արտամոնովը հիշեցրել է, որ միայն 2011-2012 թվականներին Թուրքիան Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի համար պատրաստել է 26 հազար սպա՝ չհաշված հատուկ նշանակության ուժերի զինծառայողներին։ Ավելին, Ադրբեջանի ղեկավար Իլհամ Ալիևի լուռ համաձայնությամբ Խորհրդային Միության ռազմական ակադեմիաների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները ստիպված են եղել հրաժարականներ տալ։ Փորձագետի կարծիքով, այդ կերպ Անկարան ձգտում է իրականացնել իր Մեծ Թուրան հավակնոտ նախագիծը, որի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է բոլոր թյուրքալեզու երկրները միավորել մեկ պետության մեջ։ Եվ այդ միությունն ուղղակի վտանգ է ներկայացնում Ռուսաստանի ամբողջականության համար, քանի որ որոշ թյուրքալեզու սուբյեկտներ՝ Թաթարստանի Հանրապետությունը և Ղրիմը, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մաս են կազմում:

Եզրափակելով՝ փորձագետը նշել է, որ Թուրքիան և Ֆրանսիան, հետապնդելով Հարավային Կովկասը պայթեցնելու իրենց նպատակը, երկու երկրներին ուղղակի պատերազմի են մղում, ինչն իր հերթին հսկայական խնդիր կստեղծի Ռուսաստանի համար, քանի որ կխախտվի «Աստանայի եռյակ» դաշինքը՝ Ռուսաստան-Թուրքիա-Իրան: Նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը ստիպված կլինի դուրս բերել իր զորքերի մի մասը Ուկրաինայից։ Ըստ Արտամոնովի, դրա համար էլ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Սերգեյ Լավրովը Բաքվից հետո գնացել է ոչ թե Երևան, այլ Հնդկաստան։ Փորձագետը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ այդ կերպ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը ցույց է տալիս, որ Ռուսաստանը ցանկանում է հույսը դնել Ադրբեջանի վրա, որպեսզի լուծվի տարածաշրջանի կայունության ապահովման հարցը։
