Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին ասել է, որ ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի վերջին զեկույցը` Վրաստանում մարդու իրավունքների հետ կապված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ, հիմնականում հիմնված է կեղծ տեղեկատվության վրա, և կառավարությանն այն «հետաքրքիր չէ», գրում է newsgeorgia.ge կայքը։

«Ես շատ հակիրճ ծանոթացա զեկույցին և հիմնական կետերին։ Ցավոք, զեկույցը հիմնականում հիմնված է, այսպես կոչված, էլիտար ՀԿ-ների կողմից ներկայացված ոչ օբյեկտիվ, կողմնակալ, սուբյեկտիվ և անարդար եզրակացությունների վրա։ Վերոնշյալ փաստերը չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը, դրանք ընդամենը ենթադրություններ են, եզրակացություններ և ընդհանրացումներ՝ հիմնված որոշ քաղաքական կողմնակալ, ոչ օբյեկտիվ մարդկանց կեղծ, շինծու տեղեկատվության վրա։ Սա մեզ չի հետաքրքրում»,- ասել է Ղարիբաշվիլին։

Նա նշել է, որ չի հիշում նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի քննադատական հայտարարությունները, երբ երկրում, ըստ նրա, կար «համակարգային կոռուպցիա, հանցագործություն, մարդկանց խոշտանգում էին, բռնաբարում, սպանում, բիզնեսներ էին գողանում, իսկ լրատվամիջոցների ազատություն ընդհանրապես չկար»։

Ղարիբաշվիլին կրկնել է, որ Վրաստանում գործում են հարյուրավոր հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, որոնք կեղծ տեղեկություններ են տարածում և փորձում են վարկաբեկել երկիրն ամբողջ աշխարհի առաջ:

«Չնայած դրան, դուք տեսնում եք, որ այսօր հասարակական սեկտորը, լրատվամիջոցները, բոլորն ունեն լիակատար ազատություն։ Սա ժողովրդավարության մի մասն է: Մենք դրան (նրանց գործողություններին) հակադրվում ենք ճշմարտությամբ»,- ասել է Ղարիբաշվիլին:

ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտը երկուշաբթի հրապարակել է իր ամենամյա զեկույցը վերջին մեկ տարում աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում մարդու իրավունքների վերաբերյալ։ Այն վերլուծել է 198 պետությում առկա իրավիճակը։ Այս զեկույցը պատրաստվում է Պետդեպարտամենտի կողմից գրեթե 50 տարի՝ տեղական և միջազգային վիճակագրական և իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցությամբ: Տարբեր երկրներից ստացված տեղեկատվությունը համարվում է միջազգային իրավունքի և ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից ընդունված Մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանուր հռչակագրի համապատասխանությունը:

Այս տարվա զեկույցում Վրաստանին նվիրված է 57 էջ։ Եզրակացություններից մեկն այն է, որ անպատժելիությունը շարունակում է խնդիր մնալ երկրում, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ կառավարությունը քայլեր է ձեռնարկել մարդու իրավունքների խախտման դեպքերը հետաքննելու ուղղությամբ։ Զեկույցում, մասնավորապես, ներառվել են 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 5-ին լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնության դեպքերը, Վրաստանում ադրբեջանցի լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխթարլիի առևանգման դեպքը, ընդդիմադիր «Մտավարի» հեռուստաալիքի գլխավոր տնօրեն Նիկա Գվարամիայի դատավճիռը և նախկին նախագահ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիի վիճակը:
