Նախագծի ընդունումը կնպաստի Հայաստանում բժշկական օգնության եւ սպասարկման որակի բարելավմանը: Ըստ նախագծի՝ բժշկական կազմակերպությունների լիցենզավորումը կիրականացվի պարբերաբար. յուրաքանչյուր 5 տարին մեկ կազակերպությունը պետք է հավաստի, որ համապատասխանում է տվյալ պահին առկա լիցենզավորման բոլոր պահանջներին: Այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը:

Կառավարության հեղինակած ««Լիցենզավորման մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» լրամշակված օրենքի նախագիծն առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել է ՀՀ ԱԺ մարտի 21-ի հերթական նիստում:

Ըստ Առողջապահության նախարարի՝ նախատեսվում են ծավալուն փոփոխություններ լիցենզավորման կարգերում, ավելի ու ավելի բարձրացվելու են չափորոշիչներն ինչպես ենթակառուցվածքների, այնպես էլ սարքավորումների, մասնագիտական հագեցվածության եւ որոշակի ծառայությունների համախմբման մասով: Քանի որ Հայաստանում գործող բժշկական կազմակերպությունների լիցենզավորման գործընթացը բավականին աշխատատար եւ ժամանակատար է, ուստի եւ, որպեսզի սահուն կազմակերպվի գործընթացը, նախատեսվել է առավել ռիսկայնություն պարունակող ուղղությունների առաջնահերթություն: Նշվել է, որ կարեւորագույն նպատակ է որակյալ բժշկական ծառայությունների մատուցումը, դրանց մեթոդների բարելավումն ու շարունակական արդիականացումը:

«Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմենուհի Կյուրեղյանը հետաքրքրվել է, թե ինչ սկզբունքների հիման վրա են ճանաչվելու եւ գնահատվելու սարքավորումները: Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի խոսքով չափորոշիչներն այսօր էլ գործում են Կառավարության որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգերով, սակայն նախատեսվում է կարգերի թարմացում: Գործընթացը շարունակական է, քանի որ բժշկագիտության զարգացմանը զուգընթաց կարեւոր է ոչ միայն սարքերի թողարկման ժամկետը, այլեւ նոր մեթոդներով տվյալ սարքերի կիրառման դաշտը: «Բժշկագիտությունը բավականին ինտենսիվ զարգացող ոլորտ է, եւ թե՛ մեթոդները, թե՛ կրթության, թե՛ սարքավորումների նկատմամբ որակական պահանջներն անընդհատ փոփոխվում են: Մենք պետք է բարձրացնենք չափորոշիչների նշաձողը»,- ասել է Առողջապահության նախարարը:

Գլխադասային՝ Առողջապահության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի դրական եզրակացությունը ներկայացրել է հանձնաժողովի անդամ Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը:
