2022թ. Հայաստանում հայտնաբերվել է տուբերկուլյոզի 57 նոր դեպք, գրանցվել է այդ հիվանդությունից մահվան 27 դեպք։ 2021թ. այդ ցուցանիշները կազմում էին 550 եւ 19՝ համապատասխանաբար։ Այս մասին մարտի 22-ի մամուլի ասուլիսում ասել է Թոքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնի գլխավոր բժիշկ Կարեն Պողոսյանը։ Դրանցից 22 տոկոսը կազմում են տուբերկուլյոզի ոչ թոքային փեւերը։ 

2021թ. աշխարհում այդ հիվանդութամբ վարակվել է 10 մլն մարդ, մահացել է 1,5 մլն մարդ։

Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ 2021-ի ավելի ցածր ցուցանիշները կապված են այն բանի հետ, որ տուբերկուլյոզի դեպքերն ավելի քիչ են հայտնաբերվել, քանի որ քովիդը կարող էր թաքցնել տուբերկուլյոզի պատկերը։ Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ հիվանդացության եւ մահացության ցուցանիշները մշտապես նվազում են, նկատվում է դրական դինամիկա։

Եթե մի քանի տարի առաջ, ըստ Կարեն Պողոսյանի, կենտրոնում մահճակալների բեռնվածությունը կազմում էր 300-350 պացիենտ, ապա ներկայում ստացիոնարում բուժում է ստանում ընդամենը 56 պացիենտ՝ ակտիվ տուբերկուլյոզով, նրանցից վարակիչ են միայն 25-ը։ Նա պարզաբանել է, որ եթե պացիենտը վարակիչ չէ, ապա բուժման ռազմավարությունն այն է, որպեսզի պացիենտն արագ վերադառնա իր բնակության վայր, որտեղ կշարունակի ընդունել իր դեղերը։

Ներկայում Հայաստանը նպատակադրվել է մինչեւ 2030թ. հասնել այնպիսի ցուցանիշների, որպեսզի տուբերկուլյոզը որպես հիվանդություն առանձնացնելու եւ դրան հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնելու կարիք չլինի։

Գլխավոր բժիշկը հիշեցրել է, որ Հայաստանում տուբերկուլյոզի բուժումն իրականացվում է պետպատվերով, հատուկ ծրագի շրջանակում։ Ընդ որում՝ բուժումը առաջին գծի որոշ տեսակներիի տուբերկուլյոզի՝ դեղերի հանդեպ ռեզիստենտության դեպքում, երբ նշանակվում են երկրորդ, երրորդ գծի դեղեր, կարող է շատ թանկ լինել։ Այդ դեղերի օրական չափաբաժինը կարող է արժենալ 7 000-8 000 դրամ, իսկ բուժումը պացիենտը ստանում է 12-18 ամսում։

Նա նշեց, որ տուբերկուլյոզի բուժումը մեր երկրում անվճար է նաեւ ոչ քաղաքացիների համար, եւ, օրինակ, նախորդ տարի տուբերկուլյոզի դեպքեր արձանագրվել են նաեւ այլ երկրներից ժամանած աշխատանքային միգրանտների եւ ուսանողների շրջանում։ 

Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերության Լրատվական և լուսաբանման բաժնի ղեկավար Նունե Գրիգորյանը հայտնեց, որ սոցիալապես անապահով պացիենտներին կազմակերպությունը հատուկ սննդային փաթեթներ է տրամադրում։
