Նիդերլանդների արտգործնախարարությունը գերատեսչություն է կանչել Ադրբեջանի դեսպանին և նրան հայտնել Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի որոշումը կատարելու և Լաչինի միջանցքը բացելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում է Հոլանդահայ կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիայի (FAON) տարածած հաղորդագրությունից:

Նշվում է, որ Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանական 13 խմբակցությունները գրավոր հարցեր են ուղղել երկրի արտգործնախարար Վոբկե Հոկստրային՝ կապված Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակման վերաբերյալ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի՝ փետրվարի 22-ին ընդունած որոշման հետ: Իր պատասխաններում Վոբկե Հոկստրան համաձայնել է խորհրդարանականների հետ՝ նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանը չի կատարում դատարանի որոշումը, համաձայն որի՝ Ադրբեջանը պետք է իր տրամադրության տակ եղած բոլոր միջոցներն օգտագործի՝ ապահովելու մարդկանց, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների անարգել տեղաշարժը Լաչինի միջանցքով՝ երկու ուղղություններով:
 
Խորհրդարանին ուղղված նամակում արտգործնախարարն ընդգծում է, որ միջազգային դատարանի որոշումներն իրավականորեն պարտավորեցնող են, հետևաբար, Նիդերլանդներն Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին հանրային կերպով կոչ է արել կատարել որոշումը:
 
Ըստ հաղորդագրության՝ Նիդերլանդների արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարը բազմիցս իր մտահոգություններն է բարձրացրել Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակման հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված հումանիտար իրավիճակի առնչությամբ, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ երկկողմ բանակցություններում, ինչպես նաև Նիդերլանդների վարչապետի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի միջև վերջերս կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում: FAON-ը նշում է, որ Նիդերլանդների արտգործնախարարն այդ մտահոգությունները փոխանցել է նաև Ադրբեջանի իր գործընկերոջ հետ մի քանի զրույցներում: Այդ մտահոգություններն արտահայտվել են նաև տարբեր միջազգային համաժողովների ընթացքում, ԵՄ հայտարարությունների միջոցով:
 
Նիդերլանդների արտգործնախարար Հոկստրան նշել է, որ դատարանի որոշումը պետք է լիարժեք կատարվի, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանը պետք է ապահովի մարդկանց, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների ազատ տեղաշարժը Լաչինի միջանցքով՝ երկու ուղղություններով:
