Հարկավոր է համախմբել ջանքերը՝ Ադրբեջանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու, նրա կողմից ՄԱԿ-ի դատարանի որոշման եւ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կոչերի կատարման համար։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Արցախի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Ղազարյանը «Արցախ. շրջափակման 100 օր» տեսակամրջի ժամանակ։
Պատասխանելով Բաքվի «վերինտեգրման» հայտարարությունների մասին հարցին՝ նախարարը նշել է, որ անգամ չի ուզում կրկնել այդ ձեւակերպումը։ «Արցախի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը հայտնի է։ Ադրբեջանական կողմը փորձել է խեղաթյուրել մարտի 1-ի հանդիպման բովանդակությունը՝ օրակարգի սեփական տարբերակ ներկայացնելով։ Արցախը կշարունակի ինքնորոշման իրականացված իրավունքի միջազգային ճանաչման պայքարը»,- ընդգծել է նախարարը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ նկատի ունենալով այն, որ երկար տարիներ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ի շրջանակում բանակցություններ են ընթացել, 3 խոշոր պետություններ՝ ՄԱԿ ԱԽ-ի մշտական անդամներ երկար տարիներ ուղեկցել են գործընթացը, նրանք այսօր էլ պատասխանատվություն են կրում ստեղծված իրավիճակի համար, եւ 44-օրյա պատերազմի հետեւանքների մասով նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը կրում է պատասխանատվության իր բաժինը։ Նրանցից հնչել են հայտարարություններ, որ հակամարտությունը ռազմական լուծում չունի, բայց Ադրբեջանը սանձազերծել է 44-օրյա պատերազմը եւ դրա ավարտից հետո համանախագահների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը հայտարարել է, որ ինքը լուծել է պատերազմի հարցը։ «Իրավիճակն անընդունելի է։ Հայկական կողմերը տրամադրված էին համապարփակ լուծում գտնել, Ադրբեջանը գնաց այլ ուղղությամբ՝ ռազմական լուծում պատրաստելով։ Չնայած բոլոր դժվարություններին՝ կապված շրջափակման հետ, Արցախի ժողովուրդը հավատարիմ է իր ընտրած ուղուն եւ սպասում է աշխարհի բոլոր հայրենակիցների եւ գործընկերների աջակցությանը»,- ասել է նախարարը՝ ընդգծելով «վերինտեգրում» ձեւակերպման եւ ընդհանրապես համատեղ ապրելու անընդունելիությունը։ Մշտական սադրանքները եւ շրջափակումը դրա վառ ապացույցն են, ավելացրել է Ղազարյանը։
